Squirrelpaw- 26 moons - apprentice - Open - Anyone Open?

The ginger tabby sighed sleepily in her nest. Somehow she didn't feel that tired, just yet. Flicking her tail, Squirrelpaw got up and padded out of the den, watching Bluesoul and Sparkpelt from the apprentices den. Suppressing a smile, Squirrelpaw turned to the sky, where it was growing pinkish in the horizon.

Sootflower finished off the last few pieces of her squirrel, savoring the flavor of those last few bites. Squirrel was definitely one of her favorite things to eat, she could always count on them to be delicious. Even if their fur and messy hairs were a pain, it was basically worth it in her opinion. She glanced over to the neat little piles of feathers that Mysticwater had made, and softly laughed to herself at the distinct piles of different feathers. Mysticwater was much more methodical and meticulous about that than Sootflower ever cared to be. She swallowed her last mouthful of food and sighed. She licked her paw and began to clean herself, the food beginning to put her into a sleepy state. "That was good," she murmured to Mysticwater. Dinnertime was one of Sootflower's favorite things.

Sandwhisker closed his eyes, sitting down. He let the scent waft into his nose, helping him determine exactly where it was coming from-- it was definitely above him. Sandwhisker opened his eyes, smiling coldly. "They're in a tree here." He whispered to Feralclaw, quietly so that the other cat wouldn't be able to hear him. "He's above us up here, and close enough that he can't leave or he would have by now." Sandwhisker flexed his claws in preparation for a fight. If it was a rogue, when he realized they knew where he was, he was going to put up a good fight.

After he heard what Sandwhisker said, FeralClaw looked up above cautiously. *Hopefully he doesn't attack...* the long haired tom thought, a little frightened, but tried not to show or make it obvious. "Above us...where?" FeralClaw meowed quietly, his fluffy tail waving back and forth slowly. He tried to prepare himself incase of an attack.

"Even though you say that, I still do." Leafstar mewed in reply.

Bluesoul purred then flicked her gaze to the kits as they finished their share as well.

Thunderkit let out a massive yawn after he finished his meal.

Mysticwater purred. "Despite the fur?" She joked. Finishing her meal, the silver she-cat sat up to groom herself before bed. She pondered who would need the feathers the most.

Nightwhisper now looked amused, pressing her on her feelings. "So, you're saying you worry over me, Leafstar?" The larger tom was now used to her closeness as he continued to lean on her. "I really can handle myself just fine."

Bramblekit was starting to doze off before his share was even finished, his belly feeling stuffed to the brim.

Sparkpelt purred with his mate. "Is it bedtime for the two of you~?"

Thornpaw padded up. "Hello. I'm Thornpaw."

Meadowpaw continued to trudge along, sometimes slowing but always speeding up again at Frostfeather's nudging.

Larksnow shrugged. "Oh well. It's whatever."

Leafstar opened her mouth to speak hen shut it again and shoved him over. "You can walk yourself home!" She mewed before letting out a smirk.

"But in not tire-" Thunderkit's word were interrupted by another yawn. "Ok, maybe a little."

"I do believe it is bedtime." Bluesoul mewed, leaning foreword to pick up Bramblekit by his scruff so that she could carry him into the nursery.

Bone padded foreword, his fur bristling. He and Thorn we're currently splitting the duties of Grimm since he had disappeared. "What's a Leafclan kitty doing here?" He sneered.

Finally, they reached the camp and Frostfeather followed her apprentice inside. Stormpaw' body still lieing over her shoulders.

Recap: On his way back from Leafclan territory, Slash was confronted by Nightwhisper and Leafstar. While he was fighting, Slash begun to feel weak, dizzy, and cold. He escaped and collapsed just outside of camp. Moon found him and dragged him into the Healer den before running off to look for herbs.)
