Flamewing watched Flintfoot run out of camp, and Kestrelflame chase after him. She flattened her ears, and she couldn't help but feel sad. I'm sorry Flintfoot...' She thought, sad.

He tried to run faster. " I don't need your sympathy! " He snapped, ignoring her pleas.

[atticus,]

Pineleap laid in the warriors den, staring out. I have nothing to do.... He thought to himself, perking his ears up.




{Pineleap is open, doing nothing xD}

Flamewing nodded to Riverstorm, glanced at the entrance of the camp that Flintfoot ran out of, and padded into the den. "Hi Pineleap." She nodded, sitting down.

He noticed Flamewing walk into the den, greeting him. "Oh, hi Flamewing. How are you?" He asked, looking at her, then he sat up, curling his tail around his paws.

She wrapped her tail around her cold paws. "I'm pretty good!" She turned to Pineleap. "How are you?" She asked, glancing outside for a moment, but she quickly returned her gaze to the other warrior.

They were heading towards a thunder path. As Flintfoot stepped on, she screeched as a monster headed straight for him. "WATCH OUT!" She yelled, bowling him out of the way. Her eyes widened in fear as the monster hit her, sending her flying into a tree. (she isn't dead.)

He ran, until he noticed the rank scent and hard stone of a Thunderpath. Wide-eyed, he saw the blinding lights of a monster heading right for him. Oh StarClan! He thought as he shut his eyes tight. Suddenly, he was bowled over and heard a heart-breaking thud as Kestrelflame was attacked by the monster. " Kestrelflame! " He yowled, racing over to her side.

She heard yowling gently being carried along in the wind. It wasn't strong though, and she thought she should investigate. She got up, dipped her head to Pineleap, and bounded out of camp to where the source of the noise was. 'I'm getting really close to the thunder path...' She thought, frowning. She passed a tree, and saw Kestrelflame and Flintfoot. She gasped, "What happened?" She asked, bounding over.

Kestrelflame whimpered quietly. "I...I'm ...so-or..ry....F-flin...tfoot....I want....Ed to keep you s-safe..." She rasped almost silently. Her flanks slowed and her eyes shut...she was unconscious.
