Sensing her uncomfort with the situation, Lightningtail thought of something quickly to say. "So what do you generally like to do on nice days like today?" he asked in an inviting tone. Blossomsong wasn't a cat that he had a tendancy to talk to, but he wanted to diffuse any tension between anyone that he knew. With a faint smile, he patiently waited for a response.

He raised an eyebrow as Thunderfang ran off with Skyheart, but he would question him later. He turned back to Blossomsong.

Wearily, he stepped around trash and burnt pieces of wood left by twolegs. Making his way over to Skyheart, Thunderfang sniffed the object. He didn't really like it, or the idea of hanging around a place where twolegs could be around at any moment. Not letting it show, he acted interested in the object. "That's really neat!" He answered, observing the object.

Shatteredstrike stopped walking when they got to the border; he nodded to Cloudshade and Silverfoot towards the other end of the border. "Start from over there; Sunpaw and I will start on the other side of the border and we can meet in the middle." He took no time to chat as he started to mark a large tree.

He padded out of the camp keeping his eye on Snowspirit, he turned back looking at the tall looming trees. He sniffed around his shoulders bulging underneath his thick brown coat, he slowed down to match her pace. He felt awkward sitting in silence and eventually spat out, "So how're you doing? Haven't really seen you around too much."

The white she-cat went along with him, silent as she used his scent and the sound of his paw steps for something to follow. It was fine, or at least she hoped it was, considering the tomcat had invited her out on the little patrol. Why had he? After all, she wasn't of much value as a blind cat. When he spoke to her, Snowspirit lifted her head, pale eyes blinking in the sunlight. She couldn't see, but she could feel the agitation of the bright glare and winced at the sensitivity. "I'm fine, Thistlethorn. I've just kept to myself." The fae went quiet for a moment, before adding to that. "There isn't much for a cat like myself to do."

The tom winced, "Yeah I'm sorry....So what's it like?" he asked pointedly; trying not to offend the pretty she-cat, He was genuinely curious. He stopped once they were in the meadow; a popular hotspot for prey to reside in. He twitched his long tail and flicked his ear looking at the she-cat.

Snowspirit considered how go respond when he questioned her, just giving the air a scent so she could figure out where they were. She shook her fur our a litt,e to unruffle her coat, thinking. "I mean. I spent only a few days seeing after my eyes opened, and I was so young." Her voice was low, and so very quiet as she answered him the best she could. "I guess they weren't ready yet when I was born though, because I went blind. I don't remember much. But I focus on my smell and hearing more than most cats. Along with touch, of course."
