Let's see.. two rabbits... plus the one I have hidden, so three rabbits... two mice.. four squirrels.. This might be my biggest hunt, so far! Dakota thought happily, trotting over to her "hiding spot" (where she hid her catches), holding the fourth squirrel tightly in her jaws. She found it funny, how she caught more squirrels than anything. Ah, squirrels... Such dumb little creatures, she thought. Based on her experience, squirrels were by far the easiest to catch. Mice were too small and constantly fearing for their lives, making them more skittish. Rabbits were always on high alert, being extra-sensitive to even the tiniest noises, making it hard to sneak up on, and squirrels... Squirrels were just plain dumb. I sure caught a lot.. Heck, this could last me weeks! Dakota thought. She'd gotten used to eating scarce amounts of food, she'd once gone four whole days without a single scrap. Her parents were brutally murdered by coyotes when she was only a pup, so she'd had to learn to fend for herself at a premature age. This is where she got her amazing hunting ability. She returned to her spot. Well, that concludes my hunting, for the night, she thought happily, and began to dig up all of her hidden catches.

Feferi was startled. "No! I would never steal anything!" She stood up and bristled her fur. "Why would you think that?" Obviously hurt, she sat down again and looked away, ears flattened against her head.

"Oh please tell me, if you will! I rarely get to hear other people's stories." Scruffy chirped happily and swooshed his tail, his wings stretching out wide, not too wide though, as they were kind of small but not as small as him. "But once you leave, maybe we can see each other again." He smiled. Oddly he felt as though he had Liked her. He sat, his wings curled around himself, waiting for her to begin.

Dakota picked up a bundle of mice. Hey, now could be an opportunity for me to practice my Telekinetic ability, Dakota thought, pausing, as long as nobody's watching. She dropped the mice then stared at the rabbits, urging them to move. A few of them twitched, and one began to rise. She stared at the rabbit, trying to lock it in place, and turned her attention to the other two. The moment she did so, she lost focus on the one she'd already levitated, and it fell to the ground with a pathetic fwoomp. Dakota groaned. Heh, I guess I'm just not ready for more than one object. I'll take it one at a time, then, she thought, picking up the bundle of mice. She turned her energy to the rabbit, and followed the trail back to her den. I'll come back for my other catches once I'm done depositing mine at my den, she thought, her tail swishing and bouncing merrily with each step.

he left the pile of cherries by the tree for her. he was back in his home now, finishing his spell.

she took a deep breath, " a while back, well, like four weeks ago i guess. these creatures, on two legs, came with these noisy sticks. i heard a loud bang as i was chasing a butterfly and ran to find my mamma but she was gone. so now i have to find her" she explained, clearly too naive to know her mothers true fate.
