Crowfeather nodded at fawnleap's word, "yeah, I'm having worries and doubt's.." He replied to the she cat. What if they couldn't find anything? what if they didn't catch enough for the whole clan? he wasn't too worried about the queens and elders because if they caught something they would get it.. He still fears that it wouldn't be enough. He then nodded to her and after feeling their pelts brush his face heated up.

Sorrelpaw yawned, stretching her paws out and arching her back as she woke. Her spine cracks in a satisfying way, and she stands up straight, blinking sleep out of her eyes. Light filtered in through the entrance, and she jumps. I've overslept! Immidiatly awake, she leaps up in her nest, alert and wide-eyed. The apprentice looks around the den, noticing Badgerpaw. Well, at least I'm not the only one that slept in, she thought wryly. I wonder what Sootwhiskers is doing? Does he needs me? The perky shecat pads out of the den, and into the sunshine, smiling brightly.

she nodded softly, her tail flicking. she looked up after feeling something cold land on her nose to see the first flakes of winter. they were always special for her. she smiled softly. "wow... i've never been in this part of the territory for the first snow... this is where shiningeyes, my mother, met my father, duskleaf. they were apprentices." she chuckled, stopping to look up. snow began to coat the ground lightly, and eventually, fawnleap playfully splashed some snow onto crowfeather. "come on, let's get hunting before the animals go back into hiding." she meowed, purring lightly. she padded closer, smelling a bird. fawnleap crouched and creeped forward, then tackled the robin and held it tightly in her jaws. she clenched her jaw and held on tight as the bird struggled and eventually went limp. she put it down, it's crimson-scarlet blood staining the pure snow underneath. she sighed and looked over at crowfeather. "let's try to get as much prey as we can. who knows how long it will be before another hunt." she dipped her head. "let's keep our prey here but bury it in the snow so it stays fresh and other animals don't come looking for it." she meowed, digging a hole and putting the robin inside. she buried it and picked up a stick, putting it standing straight up in the snow to show where the prey was buried.

She looks around. I don't see Sootwhiskers anywhere. Maybe he's still asleep. A snowflake lands on her nose, and she blinks at it. Hello, snow! It was the apprentice's first snow, and she was excited to see it. She fluffs out her long fur to help protect against the cold, then Sorrelpaw leaps into the air, batting at the snowflakes like a kit. She purrs in joy, smiling. Then, a snowflake lands in her eye.

"Ow!" she yowls, squinting her eye shut. "That's cold!" The flake melts, and she reopens her eye slowly. She glares at the flakes, wary. The apprentice sticks her tongue out at the snow, irked. A flake lands on her tongue, and melts. She scowls at it. The apprentice leaps, landing in a small pile of snow. "Haha! Got you!" she purrs.

Snowspirit sat up and stretched. She glanced around and sighed before beginning to groom her thick fur. She paused for a moment to sMell the air.

The tom padded around the dge of the forest. He flicked his tail and chuckled, thinking about the wildcats that he had spotted a few days before.

Crowfeather followed behind fawnleap. He carefully watched fawnleap and listen when she told her story, "that's amazing.. And cute." He chuckled then tried to shake snow of his fur, it was uncomfortable. After she successfully shaken a good amount of snow off his pelt fawnleap splashed more onto it. He gave her a serious look but only a second in he laughed because he couldn't keep a serious face. He followed he hide her watching her hunt the bird. He stayed back so she could successfully catch it. When she did he smiled, "greet job!" He purred the spotted a mouse, it was so big that it seemed like more of a rat. He began to stalk the mouse and soon after pounce at it. Once he pounced he missed but was able to chance after it. A few minutes if playing "tag" with a mouse he finally caught it. He had to edmit he wasn't the best hunter but he tried his best.
