Then turning to Speclekit, she answered,"Well Specklekit, Ripplepaw is indeed a very bright cat. This test is going to be longer, you may watch us if you wish. I believe that she will pass, but there still is a final test to come. If she fails this one, she must redo it again and again until she passes. Then she will face the final test - the test that will make her a real Medicine Cat."

"Wow a full flidged Medican cat !" exclaimed Speckle kit in amazement and a twingeo jelousy, "Ripplepaw is almost done her training, and i am not even an apprentic yet !"

"It's also called Catnip, used to treat greencough and whitecough." Ripplepaw piped up.

"Very good. You are one smart Medicine Cat-to be, probably. A couple more questions until the final test."said Swiftpelt, delighted. "Now....what can be used to treat belly-ache?"she asked, again. She then turned to face Specklekit. "Jealous, are you? Well, don't be, because I'm sure you'll make a fine warrior, you'll be as helpful as Ripplepaw will be to the clan."the medicine cat laughed.

"Oh, that's easy." Ripplepaw said, "There are three. CHervil, Juniper berries, and watermint."

"Excellent!"exclaimed Swiftpelt, happily. "Here comes the second last question. What will you do if you are alone in the forest, there's a battle going on, 3 on 1 cat, and that 1 cat is from our clan and is injured?"she asked. This will make her think!thought Swiftpelt. Well, so she should, if she's going to be a real medicine cat. You ought to think quickly, and come up with a correct answer.

"Hmmm....." Ripplepaw hesitated, "Well, of course I'd make sure he's safe. I'd prepare my herbs, and call reinforcements."

[asterrie]

"Hmm, okay, i guess that could possible work,"mumbled Swiftpelt. "What would you do if that decide to attack you, and how would you call for reinforcements? Howl?"asked Swiftpelt.

"That's easy. I wouldn't howl. It'll alert the enemy. I'd have the other cat call for reinforcements, so we could trick the opponent." Ripplepaw said.
