Lightsky looked at him sheepishly. "What would you like to do..."

There was a cold look on Stormpaw's face from when Sandstar scolded her, but she was trying to let it go as her leader was only trying to help. Nodding the apprentice shifted towards the mouse, though her crouch was better it was still off. Placing the first paw on the group, Stormpaw managed to get a bit closer; however, the second paw step alerted the mouse. It picked its head up and glanced around. Knowing another step would make the mouse scurry away, the fae knew she'd have to leap at the creature now and hope for the best. Doing so, Stormpaw still missed the mouse, her stride wasn't long enough to reach where the mouse had landed, "Foxdung." She muttered quietly.


Ashpaw smiled, he was excited to get to pick "Can we bat-" He cut himself off. He knew Lightsky used to be Moonclan's medicine cat before she left that path to become a warrior. Being her first apprentice he could tell she was very nervous, "Can we just finish exploring the territory he asked?"

Sandstar nodded. "That's better. We'll work on stalking and pouncing later." She looked at Goldstripe, indicating that the mentor could take over.

Lightsky smiled at him. A silent thanks escaped her lips and she nodded and walked to the camp entrance.

"Well, they'll all have to learn to climb trees but I'm not sure Stormpaw should do that yet." Sandstar meowed.

Stormpaw was frustrated with herself but nodded anyways trying to keep her attitude light, it wasn't anyone's fault but her's so she didn't want to throw her anger at anyone else; though sometimes it still happened that way. Turning around the apprentice joined back up with the rest of the group.

Ashfire nodded back at her and slowly followed her to the entrance. He was disappointed not to be learning some new combat moves though all he saw was a cat scared to fail so the black tom was gonna let her ease into the mentor role.

Silverpelt turned around, and saw Stormstrike. She smiled. ''I was about to go hunting. Wanna come?'' She asked.

Birchpaw went back into camp, and noticed Stormpaw was acting down. ''What's wrong?" He asked her.

Goldenpelt saw Creekpaw, and walked over to her. ''Are you ready for some training?'' She asked.

Lightsky looked back. "I'm sorry if you wanted to do something.", she said before walking out of camp.

Stormstrike nodded and stood up.

(Im back now, sorry! My neighbors and I were discussing tomorrows plans.)

Sandstar waited until all the cats from their patrol had taken a piece of prey before choosing a starling for herself. She instinctively sat down by her den.

Creekpaw looked ecstatic. "Yes, please! What are we doing?" His paws were itching to go do something.

Poppypaw watched as the cats wntered and left camp. It seemed as though her mentor was not going to be taking her out today. The grey apprentice slunk out of camp with hesitation from no cat, figuring she'd hunt for the clan. Poppypaw knew no cat would know she was out, and that no cat would care enough, so she just left. Sooner or later she found herself by the Tall Trees.

Silverpelt started to follow the scent of a mouse.

''Do you wanna do something with hunting, or fighting?'' Goldenpelt asked.
