-He bowed his head before approaching his leader after ShatteredStep had left. "SnowStar," he said before sitting himself by his leader. He sat silent for a while before a long sigh came out, "I know its not my place to say this and I know I haven't been the clans deputy for a very long time ... but I must the kittypet shows quite some courage." He looked down at his laying leader, "He confronted me, which I believed showed much potential." He then looked around the clan, "I also know that you have a hatred towards kittypets, and I wouldn't blame you, many cats here do, but I think ShatteredStep had a point. He will make great use for the clan, we don't have many warriors out their and most apprentices still need training." He smiled softly, "I think its about time for a change, give him a try."

-She blushed softly and chuckled, "Okay!" She stayed behind to watch her leader bound up ahead, she also stayed behind to see how he gets past all the obstacles. She tried to copy what he leader did but at one of the fallen trees she had tried to jump over, she actually tripped on it and fell. She sighed and picked herself off, shook the dirt off her coat and bounded up to FoxStar, she hoped he didn't see that. "hmm!" She nodded quickly by FoxStars words, she took a great breath in, she could pick up a few things but not much, "I smell quite a few mice tracks, fresh ones at that and some cat tracks down further." She was confused of what clan that was or if that was these clan cats that she just didn't know of just yet.

Foxstar nodded approvingly. "Very good," He mewed, flicking his tail in the direction of the other cat trails. "That is Sun Clan Territory. A bit further is the point where we meet Dawn Clan's border. You wont see much of them, since we don't share much territory." He then continued to move on, making sure that his paw steps were light, as if not to scare the prey.

Snowstar looked shocked at Moonfang. Did every cat think that? "What gives you the idea that I hate kittypets?" She shuddered slightly as she said kittypet. Her mother was a housecat, that's what she called herself, with the heart of a warrior. Quite stubborn of she remembered correctly. She shook the thought of her mother away and gazed intently at her deputy.

He looked up at the bright sky giving some thought before looking down back to SnowStar, "Well I know I haven't been close to you and all but I always get different vibes from different cats, I guess you could say I could tell their personalities!" He smiled with a chuckle. "I could always tell you never liked kittypets," he sighed before making himself comfortable next to her. "I know I'm not a medicine cat who is very connected with StarClan, but I can say that I feel like I am connected with SunClan, physically and spiritually!"

She took a big breath in trying to smell SunClan beyond DawnClan. She struggled to smell the sent, It's probably too far, she guessed. She continued to stay right behind him, she could notice his light footing on the ground. She tilted her head as she watched wondering how he could do that. Her tail flickered side to side with curiosity.

As if reading her mind, Foxstar looked back at her over his shoulder, though continued to wonder on. "Imagine you are the lightest thing that you have ever seen," He instructed, "The smallest feather on the wing of a robin, or the leaves that blow restlessly in the autumn wind." He continued forward, watching the ground, "Though, in order to do so, you must be aware of your surroundings. Every twig, every leaf. You must know this, so not to make a sound."

I listened as Snowstar and the two older cats spoke about me, what was it to her anyways? Snowstar... It sounded different to the other names, I'd have to clear everything up with Shatteredstep later. I heard Moonfang standing up for me, and I was pleasently surprised. I was already quite large, about half the size of Moonfang. They called me courageous, yeah, that's me! I was still more confused than anything, and I would miss my friends back at home, but I remembered why I was doing this : to see Arrow again.

"This is not a game," Came a harsh voice from just behind the kitty pet, only loud enough for the two to hear. Shatteredstep slowly emerged from the shadows after putting her herbs away, and met Monty's amused gaze, with one stern. "You must not put more faith in yourself, than others already have." She continued, her creased brow relaxing slightly. Slowly she lowered herself onto her back haunches, her bad leg sticking slightly out to the side.
