Foxpaw stuck his tongue out and shook out the water droplets from his pelt, watching Swanpaw. Once her head popped back above the water, he dipped a paw in and sent a splash her way, giggling.

Swanpaw squeaked in surprise and purred deeply, shooting a playful glare at him. she swatted her paw through the water, sending a splash towards him. her eyes sparkled softly.

Foxpaw gave a fake growl as the water hit him straight in the face. He sneezed, losing composure for a quick moment, before giving a loud yowl. "This means War!" He yelped, taking a running start and leaping into the water with a huge splash.

Graystripe sighed, remembering when Foxpaw and herself would play in the stream. Finally she got up and walked over to the two apprentices, giving a stern glare to Foxpaw.

Foxpaw was about to splash Swanpaw again, but was stopped by a looming presence. He looked mealy over his shoulder and gave a weak smile at Graystripe. "H-hi... heh."

"You're not supposed to be outside of camp alone in the first place, Foxpaw!But especially not now due to the fact that you're injured!"Graystripe said"And on top of that you brought Swanpaw with you, who didn't know it was against the rules!"

Swanpaw's ears pressed softly to her head as she looked up at Graystripe. She stayed quiet, knowing that she would probably get in trouble. She looked down, embarrassed

Foxpaw gave a light giggle, swishing his tail. "Oh, I'm sorry!" He mewed I'm mock innocence. "I totally forgot!" He hung his head, giving a very loud, very staged sigh. "Will you ever be able to forgive me..?" The apprentice looked up with gooey green eyes, fluttering his eyelids.

Graystripe softly cuffed his ear with her paw. " I know you know better than this and you're much act doesn't help the situation. However, I will let you off the hook just this once."She turned to Swanpaw next"As for you Swanpaw, you're not in trouble this time because you didnt know any better. But I suggest you dont often comply with Foxpaw's ideas." Graystripe sighed and growled in an almost friendly way"Now off with you two now, come on! Let's get you back to camp!"

Swanpaw nodded quietly. "Yes, Graystripe." she said quietly as she padded out onto the bank. she made sure to walk away from Graystripe before shaking, not wanting to get her wet. she flicked her tail slightly and waited for them.
