(Your posts look so good, guys! ^-^ I'm randomly in a really good mood today. I have been sick a lot, Rose. I think school has worn down my immune system. I rarely get anything more than a stuffy nose during cold and flu season. Gasp! Treachery! I just knew it. XD *cough cough* Thank you, Willow. x3 Character accepted, Silver. As Mango said, the descriptions are all on the front page beside the names or in a link to a picture. That would be awesome! Oh, and I don't think you ever filled out a member form. Could you do that, please? Unless I'm mistaken, I'm pretty sure she means Featherkit. ;D
@Fool: You are not accepted. Reread the rules.)
Gathering
Silverleaf looked up, startled. "Oh. Hi, Cloudfur," she meowed, trying to mask her anguish. Her clanmate appeared to be nervous about something, so she stopped walking to let him catch up to her. "How are you?" she asked.
Rainstar nodded. "Thank you. I would just prefer to talk about prophecies behind our own den walls." The blue she-cat continued padding forward toward the clump of hemlocks that marked WaterClan territory. Stray WaterClan cats followed her towards the familiar trees.
Marshpelt padded beside her. "Good luck tomorrow," he meowed softly, concern in his eyes. Islandsong was obviously worried, as were many other cats who had been chosen. He saw them talking in hushed tones to friends and clanmates, all wondering about the trials ahead.
Earthpaw's mouth curved up into a grin, his white teeth flashing. The apprentice seemed nervous and a bit embarrassed. Under normal circumstances, he would have been nervous as well, but her presence left him stunned. The feeling he had gotten when he had seen her atop the Highbranch was intensified, leaving him disoriented. "My name is Earthpaw. You can probably guess what clan I'm from." The tabby apprentice chuckled softly, his eyes never leaving her face. By the scent of her, she was from LeafClan. And she had said she was a medicine cat apprentice...so she was Heathersong's apprentice! For some reason, he couldn't recall the gray she-cat's name, even though it was well known throughout the forest. Anyone closely acquainted to Heathersong got similar fame in the PowerClans. As he watched the mysterious apprentice, he had a sudden urge to sit beside her, fur touching, with her leaning against his shoulder. Close proximity would make the intoxicating feeling stronger.
StarClan
Lightheart looked around in surprise. She had heard a kit's cry just a moment ago. Where had it come from? The pale-furred she-cat padded to the top of a nearby ridge to get a better view of th surrounding area. Sure enough, she spotted Featherkit on the other side of the ridge and padded briskly towards her. "What are you doing here?" she asked curiously, wondering how a kit could have gotten to StarClan unaided.
SunClan
Foxflame paused at the entrance to the SunClan camp, sides still heaving. This was it. He had five minutes to be in and out, give or take ten seconds. No warriors were guarding the opening in the bushes, so he felt better about invading. He could go straight to Flowerface, who would understand his desperation. Petalsong... The cream-furred she-cat would have loved the moonlight that lit up her sheltered home. She would have danced in it, exclaiming that the moon was laughing at her. "Come dance with me!" she would have called, her warm amber eyes pleading. He never could resist the lovely she-cat when she wanted something from him. Usually she didn't have to ask. Blinking back tears and memories, the ginger tom stepped through the gap in the leafy barrier.
Flowerface was standing in the center of the camp clearing, causing Foxflame to gasp quietly. The pale ginger medicine cat spun around, body instinctively jumping into a defensive position. SunClan's current medicine cat must have had some warrior training in her apprenticeship. She relaxed her tensed muscles a bit when she saw who it was. "Foxflame," she meowed, regarding him curiously. That single word brought out all of the emotions he had fought so hard to conceal and the tabby tom was plunged into an ocean of grief, tears surging from his bright green eyes. His passionate sobs left him mostly incapacitated, but Foxflame was able to place one paw in front of the other as the medicine cat gently guided him towards the leader's den in the corner of the SunClan camp. The insightful she-cat had guessed his reason for visiting, and pitied the grief-wracked tom cat enough to show him the paralyzed body of his beloved mate.
When they were in the mouth of the hollow stump, Foxflame lifted his head. He smelled her, Petalsong's sweet scent dancing across his tongue. There she was, with six tiny kits curled at her belly. The ginger tom rushed to her side, letting his eyes run down her frail body. "Is she..." he stopped, unable to utter the dreadful word. "She's alive," Flowerface replied, "but she's been unconscious since the battle." Foxflame listened somberly, resting his head on Petalsong's shoulder. Her fur was coarser than he remembered, and her shoulder blades dug into the tom's chin. One of the kits mewed loudly, causing Foxflame to sit up in surprise. Flowerface smiled gently, gazing at the kit with warm green eyes. "Your kits were born the day of the battle. I'm sorry you could not be told sooner." Tears of joy leaked from the corners of the ther ginger tabby's eyes. "I'm just glad they're all alive." His eyes drifted back to Petalsong's tranquil face. "All of them." Flowerface was watching him, a thoughtful expression on her pale face. "I've tried multiple times to wake her with no success, but maybe she'll respond to you." For a moment, hope filled the ginger tom's chest, even though he knew Petalsong had very little chance of living. She was thin, not eating, and her kits were taking many necessary nutrients from her as they nursed. That doesn't mean you can't try. He could almost hear his sister's voice urging him on.
"What do I do?" he murmured, looking up at Flowerface with pleading eyes. The medicine cat smiled and retreated into the shadows at the back of the den. She emerged with a small clump of moss dangling precariously from a single long canine. She gripped the moss between two claws, fixing her eyes on Foxflame. "Mouse bile. Hold it under her nose. If the smell doesn't do the trick, talk to her. It might be the extra boost she needs to wake up." The tabby tom retrieved the clump of moss from Flowerface's outstretched claws. He vaguely recalled that mouse bile's strong scent had an annoying tendency to cling to cat fur. He would smell awful for days, earning no end of teasing from Nightfire. Not that it mattered much. Foxflame gently waved the smelly moss ball in front of Petalsong's face, careful not to touch her fur with the foul substance. He thought he saw her nose twitch as if in response to the strong smell. Encouraged, the ginger tom started speaking quietly to his mate, praying to StarClan all the while. "Petalsong, it's me. It's me, Foxflame," he mewed softly, "Please, Petalsong. You just have to wake up." His tone was pleading and he knew this was Petalsong's last chance of survival. "Fox...flame," she murmured, her eyelids flickering open to reveal tired amber eyes. The young tom felt like he would burst. She was alive! "Petalsong," he responded lovingly, gently pressing his forehead to the cream she-cat's cheek. She coughed weakly and sucked in a shaky breath. "Where am I?" Her tired voice barely rose above a whisper. "You were unconscious for two days. A DarkClan cat knocked you out." Foxflame had almost forgotten Flowerface's presence. Petalsong seemed to ponder this for a moment before slowly turning her head to see Foxflame standing above her. She smiled beautifully, causing her mate to grin back. "I love you," she whispered. Foxflame felt tingles of warmth spreading through his body. He bent over her, rubbing their cheeks together. "I love you, too," he whispered back, his breath tickling her ear fur. Foxflame didn't want to pull away. He had almost lost Petalsong for good! He wasn't about to let her go anytime soon. Instead, the ginger tom laid out alongside her, placing one arm over the cream she-cat's torso and the other underneath her head. Her back touched his belly, their fur blending together. Kits squirmed against Foxflame's oustretched paw, making him smile as he slowly closed his green eyes. Everything felt right again. His world was complete. "You two get some rest." Flowerface's voice was faint as Foxflame drifted off to sleep.

(That means I have...*runs to check front page*...36 cats! Haha, Fairy! xP If anyone else wants to make some filler cats for DarkClan, that would be awesome. We just need cats that can make DarkClan look impressive and get killed off later on. My shoulder hurts from all that typing...)
