Nastasia and I sat in the centre of camp, and I wiped my paws into the sandy ground. "How they act, it seems rather kindly." I said, and looked around. I saw a cat I recognized. "Double!" I called to Doubletail.

Doubletail

I turned around and flicked my tail. "Pip-pip?" I said, using the name V had asked me to call him in public. I padded over to my friend. "You look great as ever!"

Tallfeather: He stretched and awoke in his leaf den. Tallfeather yawned and continued to lay there, thinking about Duskpaw. Eventually he stood and padded off into the forest to hunt.

Dimlight padded out of the den to see strange cats in the camp.

She had talked to Moonstrike and went to greet the new cats. "Greetings."

I saw more cats, and looked at Doubletail. "Please, friend, until Moonstrike finds Icestar, adress me as Pip-Pip, my kittypet name, ok?" I said, and looked at Nastasia. "You as well." I asked, and smiled when she nodded. I turned around to face Icestar. "Hello, you're Icestar, I presume."

Doubletail

"Got it, Pip-pip." I said, and looked around. "They aren't used to having strange cats in the camp. The same as you aren't used to cats standing in your den for more than a few minutes."

Crowpaw

" Okay " Crowpaw mewed happily, walking over to the nursery. Moongaze, one of the NICE elders was waiting outside. " Have you seen them yet? " Crowpaw mewed as she approached the elder. " No, I cant say I have " Replied Moongaze. Crowpaw sat next to the elder, her ears flicking with anticipation.

"Yes, Moonstrike has told me you are interested in joining the clan. May I ask why?" She replied, sitting down.

"To be honest, we desire the protection clans offer, and we'll be very loyal in return." I said, not wanting to share the real reason why. "I go by a few names, but I wish to change my name. Best way to ensure the safety of others."

Doubletail

I looked at V. "So they haven't found you, and you tracked lil' old me to join my clan?" I asked, purring.
