But as for recent news, the cats on Moon Island was escaped! Thanks to the patrol bringing down a burning tree to the water as a makeshift bridge to escape the burning island without swimming, luckily all cats made it - tired and paws blistering from the flames but everyone's alive! Vipersar is inching closer and closer to losing a life though. :c Anyway, Badgermask suggested that the cat should move the trunk just in case the flames catch up and make the it catch fire again - that to was a success and the cats are getting ready to leave.

I think that's all from the cats at Moon island? Now for the cats over at the marshes.

Thankfully the cats over there are pretty safe as of now. One cat has died, Sunstorm to be specific. u.u She was visited by her mother Blueriver as she died, Blueriver saying that she served her Clan well and that it's time to leave. Sunstorm asks her if her kit will be alright and Blueriver responds by saying that Sunstorm's kit will be a great warrior. After that emotional moment, Talonwind and Snowspirit help carry Sunstorm's body, both shocked that the she-cat has died. They both place her body in the center of the island, (which is protected by the flames) so that everyone else can pay their respects. It's then that Talonwind notices two cats are missing, Mudsplash and Coldpaw and calls Dustcloud about it. Both cats then set off to go find the two missing cats.

BladeFire watched as the end of the tree fell in the river, he felt relived that the fire couldn't spread back. He could taste the blood in his mouth still, he spat it out but the taste of the blood was still there.

With the log in the lake i turn and race back to Icethorn, Bladefire and Leafstorm "Come on buddy!" i say nosing Icethorn to his paws "We can make it!"

"I can hear a cat meowing!" i call to Dustcloud who is searching the burning forest nearby for the missing cats "Over there!"

BladeFire coughed again then looked over at leafstorm and nodded, he walked over to the river and bent down and took a sip, then spat it out again. He stood back up, it had washed the blood out but he could feel it bleeding again but less. He padded back to where he was standing before.
