She heard the shriek when everyone else did and went to see the cause of the commotion. At the sight of the dead kit, she too grew angry like the rest of her den-mates but she noticed how so many cats had left and she knew that they would catch the culprit and punish them for their vile monstrous action accordingly. She wanted to go and claw whoever did this horrible thing's eyes out but she knew that Darkstar would punish them for their crime appropriately. Besides it wouldn't help anything anyway, it wouldn't undo what they did or make anyone truly feel better, aside from them feeling glad that the poor kits death was justified and righted by the murderer being punished.

Well, As of what I know, Snake had entered the came and told Darkstar in private of his brother's death and that he himself only has 3 years to live, and Raineh created a fake kit in camp which was killed by Badgerclaw to make things more interesting. ))

Snake nodded to Shadeheart but kept his eyes on the loner. He sat down and
glared at the loner quickly and still awaited Darkstar. He could see the blood
on the loner's paws, and he growled deeper "So we also have a murderer..."

I steeled myself, the fury completely out of my outward appearance. I looked confident and cool towards anyone around me, but I let the fury out with a growl. "In fact we do. See here, this cat killed a kit. Maybe not the worst he could have killed, but an innocent kit is well bad enough." I kept myself from digging my claw deeper into his neck. "I bet there's a chance it was him or one of his colleagues that killed Whitetail too." I lashed my tail, and everyone there should know to not interfere with me at that moment. Even if I died, if he tried to fight back, only I wanted to fight him. Now, I did know that wouldn't happen, but I was zoned in just the same.
