After some time and treecut place, he heads back up the river with hopes of a better hunt. The forest left little prey still out and about, he might have better luck with with rabbits on the moorlands. The marsh would likely have snakes and frogs, a little slimy and tough for his taste. Ignoring his pinches of hunger, focuses on scent around him as best he could. It didn't take him long to return to sunning rocks, empty handed. He'd have to move on to find something.

Snowshine
She focused on catching the small but fat frog infront of her not going to give up on it. Snowshine quietly launched herself through the thick swampy water at the frog catching it just by the leg. She carefully wriggled her other paw ontop of the frog then sinking her long claws into it. Snowshine smiled with delight and said quietly to herself so no other cat could hear. "Nice catch.."

Cedarstar
Cedarstar smiled and nodded towards Crowshadow. Finding a fallen hollow tree, he placed his kill within the open bark and waited for Crowshadow. With a glance towards the sky, Cedarstar caught a whiff of fresh air, and murmured, "The marsh was a good place to hunt. We've caught more today with just you and I than we caught all of yesterday."

Featherkit

The fiesty she-kit smiled with glee, and gently nosed Frostkit to his feet. "Great! Let's go!" She eyed the tom quietly and murmured, "I heard Cedarstar talking about a loner hanging around, and I was thinking we could try and find out more!" She glanced around camp and waved her tail, while whispering, "Over here, Frostkit, we can squeeze through these brambles, and nobody will know we're gone!" She wove her way through the thick of the brambles and waited on the other side, to see if Frostkit would follow.

Fawnstep
Fawnstep sniffed the air for any more prey, and caught the faint scent of a vole. Slowly, she crouched down so her belly fur was lightly brushing against the dirt. Narrowing her eyes, she caught sight of the lonely vole, nibbling away at a seed. Closing her eyes, she took a deep breath, and crouched in the bushes next to the bird. Fawnstep flicked her ears, and focused all of her attention onto the vole. Her back legs propelled her forward as she shot through the reeds, and landed squarely on top of the rock. She felt her paws slip, but just managed to grab the vole by the throat. Landing in the mud, she looked around, her face bright red. Embarrassed, she padded over to the place where she had buried the bird, and placed the muddy vole next to it. Sighing, she looked at the sky, thanking starclan for the food.

He stood there for a second until his mind processed everything. Turning his head towards the flower, he waved at it, smiling lightly, and followed his sister, struggling a bit with the vegetation that grew around camp. "A loner? Wonder if he's nice..."

Luke
Sighing, he crouched at the river knowing he wouldn't get to the moorlands before night fall and a slippery fish would have to do. Gazing down, he watches for a decent sized shadow to come swimming too close. It took a few heartbeats before one did just that and was swept out of the water. The kill was again swift, quick and clean unlike the meal itself would be.

Snowshine

She prowled slowly towards a water vole her claws unsheathed ready to attack. She leaped at the vole her white fur covered in mud. Snowshine landed on the vole and successfully killed it.

Echokit yawned loudly from inside of the nursery, but was afraid to go to sleep. Her eyes started to flutter closed. She fought hard to keep her eyes open. he tiny kit raced in circled in he small den, thinking it would make her less tired.

Jaypaw collected some moss from the moss pile, renewing her nest of that filthy stench.
