I creep forward next to Russetclaw, careful to keep my paws silent. Once I can see glimpses of the cats through the undergrowth, I stop, taking slow, wary breaths through my mouth, memorizing the smell of these rough toms. They aren't clan cats, and they aren't rogues. They have the groomed fur and collars of kittypets, but they aren't acting like kittypets at all. They tussle on the ground and growl fiercely. "We should bring more warriors back and take this group." I whisper, "If we can capture them with little resistance, we can question them. They might have something to do with that shecat bleeding out in camp; she might even be spying for them." The thought makes me back up through the ferns to a safer distance, beckoning Russetcla with my tail.

Hawktail:
I nod after Thunderstar, but then turn and look around the clearing. Camp seems so empty these days, even if we aren't really below average clan numbers. I feel like we don't have enough warriors to do everything that needs done. Hunting needs done. The freshkill pile is dangerously low. Maybe Thunderstar doesn't want to hunt now, but I should get started so I can feed some clanmantes today. I head out into the forest with a purpose in my paws.

Feather:
Feather wakes up and is confused for a moment, then remembers what had happened. She stretches than padds out of the den to sit beneath the beautiful sky. She thinks, wow the sky is very pretty today. It feels like the sky goes on forever. She then begins to wash herself while she waits for the other cats to come out.

Willowheart woke and padded out into the camp clearing. She did a big yawn and looked around. She then went ore to the fresh kill pile and picked a vole out of the pile. She gratefully sent a prayer to Starclan for such a juicy vole and at it gladly.

She looked around and realized she was the only cat up the rest were on dawn patrols and such. "Dang I woke up way to early..." She said and continued to eat her vole in the haunting silence.

Thunderstar: I pad to the fresh kill piles to take my share to feather and the elders but no prey is left
