"I'll announce it to the clan now." He headed away from the medicine den and towards high rock. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneith high rock for a clan meeting." He yowled and waited for the cats to gather.

"I have some news for you all." He started slowly. He took a deep breath before continueing. "We lost many cats in the fire, but now is not the time to grieve. It is time to rebuiled and restore our great clan." He waited for the reaction of the clan.

"The fire?" dovekit thought."ohh, he means the fire in the elders stories!" dovekit remembered how the elders told her stories of the fire that killed many cats, and about the four great clans, thunderclan, windclan, shadowclan, and riverclan.

"I think when the time comes, we should all sleep in the warriors den to keep warm and because we are such a small clan, we should keep patrols to a minimum and all border patrols shall do hunting." He paused to take a break for a heartbeat. "There is also a rouge that lives near our territory that maybe interested in joining." He sat down and waited for the reaction.

She was a little unsure about whether letting a rouge into the clan. She was worried about her kits and she sat protectavly over her swollen belly.

He looked over to see Dovekit and whispered "What do you think? I don't really like the idea of a rouge joining the clan."
