The fox snarled at her, but suddenly blinked, confused. 'Its suffering blood loss from its ear?' she thought, sneaking towards it. She tried to go for its neck but the fox sensed her and yapped about madly. She hissed and backed away. The fox shook its head and looked about for her. Moonstripe ducked under the foxes belly, taking its confusion as an opportunity and slicing down its belly. It yelped loudly then fell down dead. Moonstripe crawled out from under its body, smiling. She saw Couragestar and climbed up onto the tree he was on. She helped him up.

[Knuckles the Echidna]

Couragestar shook his head and mewed, "Moonstripe? Are you alright?"

[Queen_Conker]

She nodded. "I think the fox broke my tail even more, and i have another headache" she said."But aside from that, and being a little shaky, i'm fine" She nuzzled him "Are you ok?"

[Knuckles the Echidna]

He nodded, "Just dizzy." He commented. "And my leg hurts. Are the foxes all gone?"

Flamebreeze winced as the fox bit down on her tail, and whirled around and clawed at the foxes eyes. It yowled and ran away. She began to run after it, but decided that it wouldn't cause much other trouble and sat down. She began to groom her tail.

Vinefoot struggled to stay on the fox, biting and scratching.

Moonfire stood. "Well, we have a message for you." She mewed. "There will be a celebration with games and such soon. We don't know what the gathering place will be, but I'm sure we'll find out soon enough."

[Knuckles the Echidna]

Flamebreeze went back to the tree to see who the fox was yipping at and saw that it was Couragestar and his deputy, Moonstripe. "Are you all right up there?" She called.

Couragestar looked down and said, "Yeah! We're all right. Have all the foxes been chased away?"

Flamebreeze nodded, saying, "I think there may only be one or two more, but they're being fought with by some of my clan-mates."

"Good." Couragestar replied, climbing our of the tree. He winced as he landed on his paw and lifted it up.

"We were waiting by the border for a patrol to come, because I had something to say to Crowstar." Couragestar mewed. "But we caught a strong scent of foxes and came to help."
