He shook his head. "No, we're staying in camp. I need to stay with my mate"

"Oh, okay," she sighed. "May I go with Blackpaw, if it's okay with her mentor?"

He nodded. "Sure. Moonblaze's having her kits, so go on," he nodded.

gingerpaw- "Thank you, Cometstar!" she said. She went off to look for blackpaw.
blackpaw- where is my mentor? he thought.

Moonblaze was bleeding. "I love you, Cometstar," she mewed and licked her mate's muzzle. She gave a small smile, then her head fell limply to the ground.

"I love you too," he whispered. "Please don't die!"

Her eyes flashed open. She felt a bunch of apin..

She quickly licked her four kits. She was surrounded in blood, but fine.

Cometstar gave a sigh of releif. "What should we name them?" he asked.

She looked at a light brown one. "Chestnutkit," she mewed then looked at a torotishell."Shatteredkit."
"You may name the other two."
