Bladekit nodded as she sat up straight. She awaited the story eagerly and couldn't stop her tail from brushing the ground.

"I love you too." Amandine said. "And yes, I will be your mate." She said with a smile. What are you doing? she thought. I though I wasn't going to get attached to anybody again.

Mathias gave a bright smile before he hugged the she cat giving out loud purrs. "You have no idea how happy that made me my queen." The Dane purred before he gave her many licks on the forehead.

"The location wasn't in this forest but actually in a city quite a while aways from here. It started when I was just in an alleyway I lived in. I was a well respected cat with another cat by my side, her name was Delilah and we ruled a band of cats. That was until another band drove mine away from the city and well we started to roam the wild. Life went of fine from then until five moons passed and my band was caught in a storm. It was a very bad storm and eventually it turned into a flood. Delilah and I were staying together as well as the kits we were now raising together. They were only around three moons at that age and could keep up with us. We had to hope from tree to tree but.... Delilah missed a jump while carrying the youngest kit. She was swept away in the waters and j watched while holding my two other surviving sons. Soon enough the tree we were on gave way and we were sent into the water. We kept getting toppled by branches and logs until I sank under the water after I saw my kits had gotten onto a branch safely. It was until the storm stopped shortly after and the water started to cease into the ground. I was still surrounded when I woke up but it was very shallow and not strong at all. I awoke noticing I was alone and with that, I went in a direction hoping that I'd meet some more cats who could take me into their grounp. Seems as if I was right because here I am now." Antonio meowed with a calm tone and a small smile.

"Wow!" Bladekit said with widened eyes. "You are like a hero!" She exclaimed. "I'm too scared of water to go near it." She said as a shiver went up her spine. "You are amazing!" She squeaked as she hugged her father.

Amandine blushed a bit and let out a purr. "I'm just glad we can be together again." She purred.

"I never said I will take the role as a medecine cat, I was a medecine cat before I met my mate, but that doesn't mean that I forgot how to use herbs, I am just helping Jadepaw to become a medecine cat herself no one is a true medecine cat in Sunclan at the moment, not even Mapleleaf" Graypelt replied clamly to the tom

Jadepaw looked at Salmonpaw. "Because Mapleleaf abandon us." She said. "She is our mother, not Luna." She said, not sure if her brother already knew or not.

"What about that small fluffy guy who wants to be the medicine cat since he was three moons old? Did you talk to him about it?" He asked before whipping his head to his sister with his brown eyes wide. He knew it all along. The scent he smelled of his real mother and then the scent of his fake mother never matched. He never accepted Lunatail into his life, that's why he never obeyed her because she didn't smell like the scent he smelled when he was born. "I knew it! I knew it was her all along! But.... Who's our father then?" He then asked with a small whimper.

"Probably some rouge." Jadepaw said as she looked at her paws. "Lunamoon's scent never did match our mother's." Jadepaw said as she looked at the ground. "You know what? Mapleleaf isn't my mother. Sure by blood she may be, but I don't feel anything for her or Luna." She growled.

"Yah! They aren't apart of me anymore! Hey, want to go find our father? Maybe he has a better explanation of all this? We could find him but matching out pelts with his?" Salmonpaw suggested piping up. He wanted to see his father because maybe he didn't want to give them away. Who knows?

"Good idea, but what if he.. Nevermind, he rejected us a long time ago by not being around. Let's go." Jadepaw agreed, wanting to question her father for not being there. Maybe we will find out the truth. She thought.

Salmonpaw gave a nod to his sister before meowing, "So.... If he's not a clan cat then he's an outcast. So that means we have to go out of the territory." He meowed before padding in the direction which lead to the stone path across the water.
