Nightpaw, she was on her way back with the other half of Badgermask's patrol oh-so-long-ago.. then I missed out on a bunch, read the recap from some paged ago, but writers block is nibbling on my toes. What/where shall I do with Nightpaw?
Patchsong and Dapplekit, too, for that matter? o.o }

Icethorn coughed, wedged between Leafstorm and Foxheart. His gaze was still a bit blurry and it didn't help that he couldn't sense anything in his surroundings, but he felt a little spark inside fill his limbs with new power. He knew he would make it out alive. But what about the others? What about Viperstar? Or his brother, wherever he was now... Had the rest of the clan made it out? His thoughts blurred together, but he kept moving along, stumbling every few pawsteps.

Snowspirit silently helped Talonwind drag Sunstorm's body. She winced slightly, realizing it was her body, not quite her. Still, she tried to keep herself together and stood quietly as Duststorm spoke. She didn't do as well with other cats in pain or dying around her, and the affects of the fire were finally starting to seep in when Mudsplashed yowled something about Coldpaw needing help, but the she-cat couldn't move.

Skysplash was still shifting through the gathering of cats, looking for his brother. No one had seen him, and no one knew where he was. The silver tom paced back and forth, several times turning and taking a few paw steps to run back and look from him, before turning back to pacing. If he ran out, it would only mean another death, but what if Icethorn was still alive, with the others?

Poppykit huddled with the others, still looking a bit petrified, but her green eyes shone through the darkness. I want to help. I need to help. she kept repeating in her head, but found herself unable to move. Besides, what help could a kit be? It was the older cats who could help..

Talonwind - with the Clan on the Marsh Island
i put Sunstorm's body down in the centre of the island, so that all the cats could pay their respects... i look around, where was Mudsplash? And Coldpaw? "Dustcloud!" i call "Mudsplash and Coldpaw are missing!!"

Lilystream - with the Clan on the Marsh Island
i count the kits, all there, i herd them back to their mothers

Leafstorm and Foxheart - leaving Moon Island
we look at the log "I'll help with the log, you look after Icethorn and Blazefur" says Foxheart, leaving to help the others push the log into the water, Leafstorm nods and fetches a little water for the two injured cats to drink.

Mintkit crouched low to the ground. She was trembling, fur on end. Her eyes were wide with fear and she mewed, her voice trembling, "What's going to happen to us?"

[Karma.]

Dustcloud looked up, directly at Talonwind. His brow turned into a look of concern as he realised neither cat was there. "Come with me, Talonwind. Quickly!" He jumped off the island and into the marsh, heading back towards the edge of the blazing forest.

Badgermask aided in pushing away the log, though he wanted to stay with Leafstorm, purely to make sure she was safe but he knew his duty to the group was more important.

Mudsplash continued to treat Coldpaw's burns with mud, it seemed like that'd been where he was trying to go when he was pulling himself along and now he was mewling with relief. She then called out again, hoping just anyone from the clan was coming, or had heard her. She wouldn't leave her son's side whilst he was still alive.

i nod taking a look at Fishpool over the crowd, thank Starclan she was safe... i turn and race after Dustcloud back towards the burning forest

On Moon Island
Leafstorm
i leap forwards as the tree falls, pushing it towards the lake, my pads are burning hot and beginning to blister but i keep on pushing... we have to get off this island alive and this is the only way without swimming...

Foxheart
i push the log with the others... luckily the injured cats have the sense to conserve their strength and not help

With the Clan by the Twoleg bridge

i let out a wail as Sunstorm goes limp against me "Sunstorm! Sunstorm!" i cry "Tigerkit!" i call "Come quickly! Your mother!"

Lilystream
i turn my head at Talonwind cries "Tigerkit! Go and find out whats going on!" i tell the kit

Were you talking to my character? Tigerkit doesn't have any family alive 0_0...)

Tigerkit ran over to Sunstorm and mewed hurriedly, "What's happening? What's wrong?"
