"Morning, Tigerclaw." She greeted him, smiling.

Tigerclaw smiled back kindly, "Hey Wolfpaw." He said, his eyes soft as he gazed at the long furred apprentice. "How's your leg?" He asked.

"Stiff. Don't feel anything in it." Wolfpaw said, moving it back and forth as in example. She twitched her whiskers and wiggled her toes in her back feet.
"I wonder how far we'll be traveling. I don't want to be the reason we go late."

He licked her ear in reassurance. "Don't worry, we have four of the best medicine cats Starclan could bless us with. You'll be fine and if need be I'll carry you on my back." He chuckled deeply. "By the way, I hear ceremonies will be soon." He said winking an amber eye at her.
