Gwyn
Gwyn didn't believe the young kit. He might think he was a great liar, but that did not mean he was. However, she had no right to further him on his reasons. Only to soothe him through whatever was troubling him. She had an idea of what it might be.
"If you would like, we could share a meal over it if you want."
She said quietly, surprised at how steady her voice was. Perhaps kits were easier to talk to for them being so young. However way, she was fine with it.

Otterkit thought it over for a moment, before sighing. Maybe talking to Gwyn would help him, if only a little bit. "Well...alright...I guess it couldn't hurt," he mewed hesitantly. His tail flickering slightly he watched Gwyn with wary dark blue eyes. He knew he shouldn't be wary of any of the warriors but Falconpaw's words had stung, and had reminded him that his family hadn't come back. And he was worried.Viperpaw paused in mid as she looked up at Wolfpaw. "Mornin'," she grumbled lightly. It was a well known fact that Viperpaw wasn't at all a morning she-cat. That had been proven multiple times in the past and she wasn't about to stop proving it either. Golden eyes closed lightly as the feeling of sunlight warming her fur coaxed a soft purr from her.

Gwyn
Gwyn walked with him to the dwindling kill pile, where she picked out a scrawny rabbit and carried it over to a large stone that was sitting beneath the sun. Hopping up onto it, she purred at it's gentle warmth and sat down, motioning for him to join her. Taking a slight bite of the rabbit, she chewed daintily. She wasn't much of an eater, but she wasn't a skimper either. She knew that food was good for her muscles and that's what she needed.
"So what is going on." She asked, turning to the young kit with gentle, inquisitive eyes.

Eaglestar cracked her eyes open, glaring up at him. After a moment her gaze softened and her mouth twitched up in a smile. "Good morning, Howl." She said, somewhat proud to have been able to remember his name. She reluctantly got to her paws, shivering slightly at the cold breeze. "Anything interesting happen while I was sleeping?" she asked, looking past him to scan the camp.Lightpaw smiled at her tried looking friends. "Good morning." she said brightly, pausing to lick down a messy patch of fur on her shoulder. "You two feeling any better?" Her tone was light, but her eyes betrayed her worry as she looked at their wounds.

Wolfpaw smiled.
"Alright, just haven't felt it yet." The Apprentice replied, looking at Viperpaw in her responce. Quite perky this morning, as usual. Wolfpaw would just then become silent as soon as anyone she didn't know spoke to her. Thats the way it always went; routinual.

Tigerclaw's eyes flicked from cat to cat as more began to awaken and go about their morning chores and such. His amber eyes landed on Wolfpaw and softened a moment before returning to surveying the surroundings.
Cherryleaf emerged from her small makeshift den and shook scraps of leaves and dirt from her fluffy golden and white pelt. Her soft brown eyes looked around shyly, jumping as more cats bustled around.

Otterkit padded after Gwyn slowly and then climbed on top of the rock with her. It was a little tough because he couldn't get a grip on it at first, but he managed just fine in the end. Sitting across from her he sighed softly and looked down at the rabbit. "They haven't come back...My parents, they haven't come back..." He mewed softly as he looked down. Without really thinking he took a small bite out of the given prey with a sigh.Viperpaw grinned sleepily. "Never better, Lightpaw," the tortoiseshell murmured with a twitch of her whiskers, while purring softly at the feeling of the sun on her fur. The golden eyed she-cat then sighed softly and shook out her fur.
