She smiled at him and licked him softly on the nose, her tail wrapped softly round his.

Matthew smiled as Eternity's tail curled around his. "The world's a much better place now, for the both of us."

"That it is" She smiled, she nuzzled him and made her wolf purr.

Matthew smiled. Maybe I should tell her. Or maybe later.

She sighed with relief and happiness, life seemed so complete, the hole in her heart was now filled.

Ali walked back to Matthew. "Uh, I need a word."

Eternity, looked to Ali, she nodded and trotted off with the pups, out of hearing range to give them some privacy.

"I can't carry out the full scentence. But, I can do a leser one." said Ali. Matthew nodded. Moments later Matthew cried out in pain as Ali swiped at his nose.

Eternity watched the pups playing oblivious to what was happening
