"Well, it has. Ali's dying. Thats what's saving my life." said Matthew. "I'm just a runner."

Eternity thought she understood now, she didn't as any more questions, she didn't want to cause him to feel any more sorrowful, she simply sat closer to his side, and rested her head on his shoulder.

"You dont want to know what I did." said Matthew. He looked at Eternity and smiled.

"Then let us leave it at that" she said with a kind, warm smile, she licked him on the cheek.

"Alright." said Matthew. He paused for a while and then took a deep breath.

Eternitys tail wagged softly, with Matthew she felt so happy. The three pups played together, they giggled as they play fighted.

Matthew licked Eternity on the cheek. "Sorry, it seems there is so much I hadn't told you. But thats everything."

"It's ok, I know it's hard to tell someone somethings" she said, brushing her cheek affectionately against his.

"Yeah." said Matthew. He looked Eternity in the eye. " think I'm a much better wolf. Because of you."
