Wolfpaw grunted in slight impatience.
"I'll be right back." She said to Viperpaw and Duskpaw, lifting herself up, holding the front leg quite delicately. "I'll be fine." Wolfpaw said in reassurance, more for herself than the two apprentices. The fluffy long-haired She-Cat licked her chest for a moment before walking stiffly as to not aggrevate the hurting, sore cut.

Sprucepaw stood nervously near the other two. She noticed that Falconpaw was rather displeased about her coming along, but the little apprentice wasn't going to worry about the other she-cat. If she wanted to hate and fume, that was her choice. She decided to completely ignore the glaring that Falconpaw was doing, and instead concentrated on their task at hand. At least it would be something that the other she-cat wouldn't be experienced in. Sprucepaw wasn't the competitive type, but she did dislike being looked down upon at. Which, obviously, was what Falconpaw was doing. Nor was Sprucepaw going to start an argument with her. That would prove nothing, and it would only worsen things. She would have to live with the warrior apprentice's disdain, which as long as it didn't harm her, would be acceptable for the moment. If Sprucepaw had a tad more confidence she might do something about it, but she didn't, and that could very well be a good thing. She flicked her tail and glanced to Spiderpaw, but something had distracted his attention. An injured cat! Sprucepaw's tail bristled, and she took a step towards Wolfpaw. But no, she didn't want to get in the way. Fighting with herself, Sprucepaw edged closer to the commotion and was surprised to hear of the rogue encounter. She watched as the new cats came in, and the later Viperpaw, Duskpaw, and Eaglestar returned. So many new things happening...Sprucepaw just sat down to listen to the meeting. She was less than pleased by the fact that they could no longer go out on a herb-gathering patrol. At least, still, there was plenty to do with all the injuries. Sprucepaw crept over to the other medicine cat apprentice, ears twitching.

Viperpaw watched Wolfpaw go as she finished grooming what she could of Duskpaw's fur. 'There all done,' she thought to him, giving his fur one last lick before she rolled onto her paws, careful not to actually get any dirt onto her shoulder. The cut did hurt, in fact it was still stinging, but Viperpaw just knew it'd be a battle scar than anything else. While on her paws, the tortoiseshell she-cat noticed just how chilly it was. Her short fur was alright during times of day, but not at night here. Shivering slightly, Viperpaw sat back down, and trying for all of the world to not look like she needed any thing, but man was it cold! The prideful she-cat however just wouldn't puff out her fur though, convinced that if her clan could still stay out here and some of them with fur shorter than hers, than so could she.
Otterkit yawned sleepily for a moment before getting to his paws. "I don't wanna go to bed..." the brown kit grumbled stubbornly to Sephora. "I don't wanna miss anything else..." with that Otterkit hopped out from his savior's warm fur and shook out his short fur. The brisk cool air was a shock at first, but Otterkit was sure he'd get used to it. He turned however and touched noses with the loner, with a happy purr. "I'll be right back Sephora, I just wanna go and see if Hollyclaw is okay. She's one of the queens here." he explained. With that the little brown tom shook himself again and began racing back to the nursery, only to accidentally bump into one cat. Falconpaw. "W-whoops! S-s-sorry Falconpaw!" he squeaked.

TheCalicoTabby wrote:Eaglestar turned to Redfern, ears twitching forwards. "Well, looks like we've got cats lining up to join us." she said with a slight smile. "It's nice to meet you, Rainsong." she nodded in greeting.
"That's an interesting name you have. Like a warrior's." the leader stated, eyes questioning.
Rainsong
The female followed after Redfern hesitantly. She was tempted to turn back...but she couldn't now...now could she? It was too late of that now...Besides, she'd come this far. Time to suck it up. Taking a deep breath before being presented Rain song readied herself, smiling warmly to the older she cat. Although, her smile faded at the question. "I was once a warrior." She stated, looking a little more solemn. "Me and my younger brother Dragonpaw have both however had to find a new clan. Our old one..." she paused. "Has dispersed, and many have died thanks to recent events.." she said, her voice trailing as she glanced slightly away.

{Silverkit}
Silverkit slipped back into the den where she had once been. Her eyes glowed with resentment as she watched everyone else with their cheerfulness and willingness to oblige the leader. Frustrated, she was ready to murder. No one ever paid attention to her. They shared tongues with each other, of course, but they were always looking down on her, the outsider. And now they welcomed other outsiders with open arms! Nothing like they had ever treated her. And kittypets! Even as a kit she had picked up how disgusting and immoral these soft kits were. They were welcoming kittypets! This Clan as they called it was truly too desperate for allies and warriors. If you are so desperate for warriors, she mocked them silently, then why aren't you apprenticing me? All the other kits have practically grown into warriors, and I'm stuck in the Nursery.
i like dragon capitalism a lot lmao
