Wings of Fire: The Darkest Hour (Not Accepting)

Pharaoh-
Pharaoh followed close behind Bayou, glancing up at the sun. He traced a wide ark in the sky, sticking his forked tongue out as he thought, then pointed to Possibility. "Alright... That way... Veer off a bit..." he muttered to himself. After a few minutes, he puffed out his chest, unfurling his wings, and pointed in a direction just off to the left of Possibility. "That way," he said triumphantly, lunging into the sky and beating his wings. "You lead the way, Snowstorm, I'll only slow things down."

[Yveltal]

Snowstorm bumped the SandWing's shoulder. "You will not slow things down, Pharaoh. You're one of the best flyers of the dragonets!" She flew a little higher, sliding her satchel strap over her neck and shoulder. "Alright guys, let's go!" she called, speeding off in the direction Pharaoh had pointed out.

Bayou shot after the IceWing, tightly clutching the meat in his talons. He was larger than Snowstorm and was a slower flyer, so he flew next to Pharaoh. He glanced at him, angling his wings so he would fly upwards. "What do you think we'll find at the island?"

Hope flew into the air and glided along next to Snowstorm. "So, what's the plan when we get there?"

Terra flew beside Pharaoh and Bayou.

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh-
Pharaoh shrugged, his eyes on the icewing in front of him. He realized he was staring and looked at Bayou, hiding his embarrassment. "Not sure... With luck, not another dragon..." He gulped, gripping the meat he was carrying tighter, his two necklaces thumping against his chest.

Terra looked at Pharaoh. "Yeah, that would be bad if another dragon came."

[Yveltal]

Snowstorm beat her wings, growling slightly as dark clouds began to appear on the horizon. "We'll stay in the old fortress - if anything is left of it - and hunker down for a while. Since no dragon is there anymore, we won't run the risk of hostile ones finding us on the mainland, and we'll be able to figure out the NightWings' plans. It's better than marching into the rainforest."

Bayou narrowed his gold-and-brown eyes at the storm brewing ahead, then glanced back at Terra and Pharaoh. "I doubt there's any other dragons there. What's the point of going to the island if they're taking over all of Pyrrhia? Besides, they've probably forgotten about it."

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh-
"Assumptions are like holding a very large and sharp fang by the wrong end," Pharaoh said quietly. "You can never be sure when you'll get cut. But I suppose you're right... But again, can't always assume. I do that sometimes, and it seldom goes my way." Pharaoh sighed, looking up at the clouds, his eyes narrowing. "Rain," he hissed. "Possibility of thunder and lightning. Dangit... We'll have to find a place to hunker down if it gets severe, or if it ends up reaching us."

[Yveltal]

Snowstorm dove downwards slightly, then held one talon to her earring and said "Pharaoh the SandWing." After it shone brightly, she said "We'll need to fly through the storm. I'm not sure how big it is, but we can't find a place to shelter if we want to get there as soon as we can."

(Timeskip to them leaving the Sky Kingdom?)

Hope's eyes flick to the storm, and back ahead of her. "Don't fly too high up. We have to be careful."

Terra nervously eyed the forming storm. "I think it will reach us," She gestured with her brown tail and added, "Look, it seems like it covers the whole desert."

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh-
Pharaoh's earpiece glowed a bit, and then relayed the message. He nodded, tapping the surface and waiting a few seconds, then spoke, "alright, I hear you. Let's form a V shape. That way, we can take turns being the one at the front, who takes the most wind damage." The glow faded and he glanced at Terra. "Yeah, it's the rainy season. Which isn't much, but still... Breathes the smallest bit of life into the dry landscape."
