Russetpaw skipped happily over to his mentor with his head and tail held high. He had just awoken from a short nap and was eager to go out and go train with his mentor. "Can we go out and train now?" He asked with a happy glow in his eyes. He felt so lazy after his nap, he needed to do something to prove to his clan mates that he was a hard worker.

Echolight shook herself from her thoughts and looked down at her eager apprentice. Eager was definitely the right word to describe him. It was nearly sundown and he wanted to train. Echolight chuckled. She had nothing better to do, so why not. Besides, it's not like warriors get to choose when they are needed. Training in the dark might be good for him. "Sure," she purred. "How about we go to the training clearing and work on some of your fighting techniques?"

He purred at her response. "Thank you! I'll race you there," he said cheekily as he begun to dash off to the clearing. He sprinted as fast as he could hoping that he would beat his mentor there.

Echolight sprinted after her apprentice. She was much faster because of age and experience so she lowered her speed down but Russetpaw was still fast enough that it took effort to keep at the same pace. They stopped at the clearing with Russetpaw in first place. "You got a head start," the she-cat said jokingly.

"I won!" He purred happily. He bounced around in a little circle, still very energetic even after the sprint. "What do I need to do?" He asked, wanting to do something to impress his mentor.

"How about you show me your back kick?" Echolight suggested. That was always a tricky move to learn and perfect.

Firepaw looked up at Daisytail and nodded her head "That frog was fast, too." She said jokingly. "May I go into the water with the others?" She asked with a little smile, flicking her tail in anticipation.

If the person rp'ing my mentor does not start responding, would a warrior be able to have more than one apprentice?

Burnet-
"I'll be fine climbing my own tree," she replied with a smile, "It's better to see from more directions." Burnet turned around and quietly pounced into some greenery, before showing up again as she climbed up the tree to a branch, on which she settled down comfortably.

Fallenpaw-
The male apprentice blinked and looked at Pebblepaw, before padding over towards her and making his way into the water slowly. Fallenpaw flicked his ear at the feeling of the water around him, but he continued until the water was up to his belly fur.

Fawnfeather sat down at the edge of the camp, looking over the remaining cats that were there.

The tom, heard quiet rustling in a bush nearby, his head snapped towards the noise, he couldn't see anything. Then he saw a patch of bright white fur, it was definately a loner. He frowned but then looked back at the fox den, glancing at the bush from time to see if the loner was still there, when the patrol ends he would see what the loner was doing there.

Sagemint kept his jaws open for a few moment, trying to catch any scents of fox. His ears were pricked and his steps were light and quiet. Foxes were tricky and he wanted to avoid a ambush.

Siren sat by the border and yawned, giving her chest fur a few quick licks. It seemed as if all was peaceful. Well there were foxes nearby, but she could easily avoid them.
