"We live here," Glass Gaze said. "We are from HoarfrostClan."

Dustypaw asked, "HoarfrostClan? Moonember, you never told me about HoarfrostClan." He looked up at his mentor.

Lynx Heart nodded. "And may we ask, why is it that you're here?"

[C a s]

"That's because there is no HoarfrostClan," Moonember muttered to the apprentice. "We're patrolling our borders. What is this 'HoarfrosClan' you speak of?"

[horrorfiilms]

Lynx Heart meowed calmly, "We are the Clan that lives in these snowy forests. We came about maybe a few moons or so ago."

[C a s]

"We've only been in this forest for a matter of days, though, after journeying here," Glass Gaze added.

Moonember nodded his understanding. "I am Moonember, and this is my apprentice, Dustypaw. We come from a Clan called NightClan, one of the three in this area."

[horrorfiilms]

Lynx Heart repeated, "Dustypaw. Why 'paw' at the end?"

[C a s]

Moonember frowned. "Because he's an apprentice, of course."

"Why, though?" Glass Gaze tipped her head, stare a bit off. "Light Dawn doesn't have 'paw' at the end. None of us do."

[horrorfiilms]

Dustypaw meowed, "You know. Like when if you're a kit you have 'kit' at the end of your name. And since I'm an apprentice I have 'paw'. And when I'm older I'll get a different last name. Like Moonember went from Moonkit, to Moonpaw and now he's Moonember."

Lynx Heart meowed, "Strange, but interesting."

"That's not how our Clan does it," Glass Gaze said.

"Do you have a leader?"

Sleet Fang stepped forward, "Snow Glimmer is our leader, I am Sleet Fang, our deputy. Why are your names so... close together? With the two parts, I mean."
