I nodded slightly, staring straight forward and starting out slowly so Romano could keep up until h regained his senses.

He kept stealing glances at Sandstripe hoping he didn't notice. Although he was ok now, he liked the warm feeling Sandstripe gave him. ' WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING!!?!? ' he yelled in his mind as he quickly let go of Sandstripe.
' I don't like him.... ' he thought. " I'm f-fine now... " he mumbled as he continued to walk. His face still felt hot as he padded beside Sandstripe. Part of him wished he didn't find Sandstripe but the other part liked the feeling of being close to Sandstripe. He shut his eyes as he tried to clear any thoughts of Sandstripe but deep inside he knew he couldn't escape his feelings.

They arrived at camp and abruptly stopped. " u-uh thanks for helping me.... " he said, his face had a light tinge of pink on it. " Mind accompanying me for supper? " he said as he looked down.

He nodded, keeping a straight face as he padded to the food pile. He grabbed a medium sized fish and sat under a tree as he gazed at the fish. He started to think of how close he was to sandstorm when he lent him a paw. He shook his head " stupid " he muttered as he started to eat his fish. His claws dug into the ground as he tried to desperately think of something else.

I followed him into camp and followed him towards the fresh-kill pile. I looked around and picked up a plump squirrel. I sat down beside of Romano.
