xXxHana Tsurī
Hana was relatively silent, allowing Sarra to answer the other. Amai floating near his shoulder, thankfully remaining silent for once. He sat at the table, still smiling. As Sarra mentioned his tea he looked over at her, "It has been quite awhile hasn't it?" He hummed thoughtfully then added onto his words, "I've been so busy with my paintings lately I haven't really had anyone over, if you'd like you both could come visit tomorrow." Amai chose now to respond to his words. Don't invite him Hana. His demon blew out smoke! Hana glanced sideways briefly at his demon, scoldingly responding, Don't be rude Amai. Smoke or not I'm sure they wouldn't harm the garden. As the waiter moved over to them Hana ordered a salad with tea to drink.

Deimos

"I wasn't kidding about the lollipop." The dragon chided, making a motion with his tail to accent his words. "You'll get it for me, won't you?" He blew a small cloud of smoke that resembled a lollipop- one ring of smoke followed by a connecting trail. "Heh, I think the little guy here wouldn't mind the sucker." Deimos snickered, taking a glance at his oddly cheerful companion making obvious smoke signals without pausing to scowl at Deimos for his calling him 'little'. "I wouldn't mind some tea myself." He paused, "Green tea sounds just fine to me." Just then the pink stallion spoke up, "Oh? I wouldn't mind that at all if you wouldn't- I'll try to keep my friend here from scorching anything." He gave his demon a playful nudge, simply joking around. While he could spit fire- he didn't really do so without warning, just smoke clouds.

Sarracenia
Sarracenia was about to respond when the waiter appeared at her side. He smiled at her and she once again had to swallow her shyness. "Um... We'd like two cups of green tea and a lollipop, thank you," Sarra cast a side glance at Deimos and his demon and smiled slightly when she mentioned the lollipop. The waiter smiled at her, winked in Deimos's direction, and then wandered off to take more orders. Sarra blushed and just about ran after him if only to make the point that she didn't like Deimos in that way. Sarra swallowed her embarrassment and then turned to Hana with a small, shy smile. "Of course we'd, uh, like to come over Hana... What have you been painting?" Sarra asked playing with her bangs in a pitiful attempt to distract herself, "Oh and, um, Deimos, I hope you like the green tea... They serve Longjing tea here, but you can call it Dragon Well Tea which is its translation. I like it but sometimes they get it too hot and it becomes a bitter mess."

Deimos

Deimos glanced at her, a devious spark in his eye. "Too hot you say?" He snickered, taking a knowing glance at his demon companion, who returned his glance with three sets of blazing blue eyes. "There's no such thing." He scoffed, "However it does sound interesting- I bet it'll be fine no matter how hot it is." He grinned, exposing a set of sharp dragon's fangs, "After all- I get dragon benefits, remember?" He stuck out his forked tongue teasingly. "Heh, I doubt a bit of tea could burn me."

His demon companion chuckled as well, rather humored by the thought of getting burnt simply by some hot water. He hopped down from his small condiment pile, fluttering down to look Sarra's flowerpot demon in the eyes. "Who might you be?" He dragon chided, having nothing better to do. It was rather obvious to him that his partner was ignoring him.

((It's okay; I was busy any way. I just got bored and decided to edit it after doing research on green tea which is a really nerdy thing of me to do I know.))

Sarracenia
Sarracenia rolled her eyes, something she hadn't done in a long time. "Uh huh," Sarra said nodding sarcastically. "So what you're saying is-" But Sarra was cut off as the waiter returned and set their food down in front of them. Sarra watched the steam coming from the small tea cups and she hid a smile, Deimos was in for a most bitter surprise. Sarra let a vine from her pitcher plant come up carefully from behind her and lace its way through the cup handle before bringing it up to her muzzle for her to blow at its contents, trying to cool it down.

Sarra felt a surprised reaction from her demon and looked down without moving her head to see that Deimos's dragon had landed in front of her flower pot demon. Sarra listened to the conversation as she watched Deimos inspect his green tea. Oh no, what do you want, hot-heads? Sarra heard her demon sneer mentally at the dragon and she felt shocked that her usually sweet demon could act so rude. I would be nicer but I reserve my kindness for more, ah, polite and well-behaved company, not a hydra that hoards condiments!

[rem sleep]

Deimos

Hey! The dragon spat, a bit of smoke puffing from his mouths. It's my business what I hoard- and for your information I never asked for your kindness, in fact- he tauntingly spat a bit of fire near her, purposely not hitting anything though letting her feel it's heat to mess with her. I'm not feeling so kind myself! It was about then that he felt a soft whack from Deimos' hoof as a sign to quietly back away- to which he hesitantly did, after shooting the flowerpot a harsh, feisty glare.

"Sorry about him," Deimos sighed, watching the now cranky dragon hop back up onto the table and hide behind his condiment pile, glaring at the pot from behind them. "Don't know what's gotten into him." Deimos glared right back at him, then turned back to Sarra with a softened glance. He took his cup in one hoof, feeling the warmth he reconsidered simply downing the entire cup in one fell swoop as he had first intended, however he did take a sip, at the least.

Aʟɪsᴛᴀɪʀ
"Tʜᴇ ᴛᴀsᴋ ᴡʜɪᴄʜ ᴀ ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴ ᴍᴜsᴛ sᴇᴛ ғᴏʀ ʜɪᴍsᴇʟғ ɪs ɴᴏᴛ ᴛᴏ ғᴇᴇʟ sᴇᴄᴜʀᴇ, ʙᴜᴛ ᴛᴏ ʙᴇ ᴀʙʟᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴛᴏʟᴇʀᴀᴛᴇ ɪɴsᴇᴄᴜʀɪᴛʏ."
Aʟɪsᴛᴀɪʀ hesitated, and finally, he gave in.
"Fine, fine!! Just do it already..." he said. He could feel his body growing weaker by the minute.

Aᴇʀᴀ
"Wᴇ ᴍᴜsᴛ ʙᴜɪʟᴅ ᴅɪᴋᴇs ᴏғ ᴄᴏᴜʀᴀɢᴇ ᴛᴏ ʜᴏʟᴅ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴛʜᴇ ғʟᴏᴏᴅ ᴏғ ғᴇᴀʀ."
Aᴇʀᴀ sneered, and looked away.
"That doesn't help, stupid. I'll go scan, but it'll take awhile, due to the fact that I'll have to go incognito the whole time to avoid being killed..." she said, spreading her wings.

Sarracenia
Sarracenia smiled and took a small sip of tea, it wasn't as bitter as she had expected but she still had to bite her tongue to avoid coughing. Sarra took another small drink of tea before letting the vine set it back down on its plate. "Your demon is perfectly fine, Deimos," Sarra said with a glance down at Deimos's condiment-hoarding dragon who had smoke curling up from his nostrils. Sarra ignored the outburst of anger she felt from her demon as she addressed his behavior as 'fine'. "So," Sarra said awkwardly looking down into her tea cup, "Where shall we all go after our meal? If you guys are not interested in going anywhere in particular with me because I'm you know... Shy and awkward... Then I think I'm going to go home; I have lots of books to read." At last! Sarra's demon exclaimed, Please drink your tea faster if you wish to save me from your new boyfriend's three-headed monstrosity. He isn't my 'boyfriend', Sarra said to her demon mentally, He's just a new friend and his presence is quite welcome. We'll never be anything but friends. Good friends.

Deimos

Deimos was quite caught off guard by the bitter taste as well, however the heat he could tolerate fairly well. In sips it wasn't so bad for him. He took a glance at Sarra's potted demon, listening to his dragon prattle away about what she had said. It is rather obvious she's after Hana, Deimos glanced to his demon, Not shocking her demon wouldn't like us- not to mention our fire problem. He shrugged nonchalantly, however it did sting to feel so rejected- he tried not to let it bother him. "If you'd like to go home then I suppose I wouldn't mind- however the company is more than welcome." He offered a polite smile, out of the corner of his eye he noticed his demon munching on the lollipop they'd brought for him. "I wouldn't mind doing something else, assuming of course you'd fancy spending time with me over a nice book." Or Hana, he thought somewhat grudgingly- he didn't know why it bothered him so much- he didn't even want to be 'with' Sarra, so to say- if all he wanted was friendship why wasn't he content? Deimos took another glance at his demon to distract him from his own thoughts, Maybe I should've just staid at home after all...

((~ whispers ~ Hey, Trollish! Go look at Sarra's crush... Poor darling is in a bit of a pickle. ~ floats away ~))

Sarracenia
Sarra raised an eyebrow at him slightly, "You wish to spend time with me, the nerdiest, most shy pony in town... Over a book?" A vine came from behind Sarra and brought the tea cup up to her muzzle for her to take a sip. "What books do you read?" Sarra asked, trying to hide the happiness that Deimos was willing to come read with her or even ask to spend more time with her at all, she tried her best not to blush. "I," Sarra said, smiling, "Read whatever I can get my hooves on, though I don't know if the same would be true for you." No! Sarra's demon shouted angrily causing the slightest ache in Sarra's head, He'll roast all your books with a sneeze! And you're not the one having to talk to his rude, fire-breathing demon! Sarra, darling, please, invite Hana over. Hana is nice and sweet and handsome, not a scaly, sharp-toothed creature. Suddenly Sarra felt a bubble of rage in her chest. Listen, she snapped, What if I don't want Hana over? What if I'd rather spend my time with Deimos? Would that bother you much? You're not the one in charge of me! And with that Sarra closed her demon's thoughts completely out of her head.
