"Maybe not hairless, but dropping a few ounces at least in hair. The longer the fur, the more you can lose." He'd seen twolegs with long haired cats, brushing out balls of fur that looked like mice. If only warriors had a better way to groom out all that fur, normal licks didn't always do the trick.

Since her last encounter with the unknown kittypet, she'd started seeing her around twoleg place more often. Likely a new to the outdoor kind of cat, no threat to her hunting or mild reach of territory. Everyone knew kittypets couldn't hunt anyway, they lacked the stalking skills being fed by twolegs, so she paid no mind to the she-cat as she patrolled for prey.

Seeing Wisteria, she shook her head. A mouse was behind her nibbling on a blueberry. Jungle hopped off the fence, and jumped squarely on the mouse. She killed it and looked around, its tail in her jaws.

Lightningstar looked down at the kits. He purred. "Sure you can see my den! Thanks for asking first. Most kits just wander in without my permission." the tom smiled.

Emberkit nodded her head. "Okay kits, go on inside his den now." she ordered. Emberkit waited for the kits to come. She wondered if Thymekit had opened his eyes yet.

Flamecloud gasped as Thymekit opened his stunning dark green eyes. "Thymekit! You've opened your eyes! They're so gorgeous!" the mother of the kit exclaimed happily.

She knew talking to Snowpaw would be difficult if the she-cat really did suffer a kind of memory loss, but Lightningstar would have to let them go if they worked something out. "Snowpaw, I've been asked to try and find an answer for recent confusion concerning you and Ace." The medicine cat begins, not wanting to beat around the bush when it came to problems. "Would you mind enlightening me on what you remember before clan life?"

"Hm? Oh, hello Dappleshade. Done talking with Lightningstar?" It's been pretty busy since he last saw her, what with kits being born and all. He'd tired to think less of the commotion and more on how she was feeling, the she-cat seemed a bit upset earlier.

"Nah, you'll just look a bit smaller all the time or at least until Leaf-Fall." He purrs, wondering how all of these newborn kits would best when the weather dropped to freezing. It'd been said mates should wait until late leaf-fall or leaf-bare before deciding to try for kits. They'd be born in the warm seasons and grown enough to were cold wouldn't kill them. "Might help you cool down if you let some fur go."

(Our styles just don't match to be blunt. if you're going to RP with me I prefer you be literal then. Since I just said in my post kittypets aren't good hunters which you fallowed up with a hunting kittypet, and mouse wouldn't have been there in the first place if it were only a tail length away from two cats.)

She growls mildly, glad she'd saved her rabbit for this morning otherwise she might have actually needed to hunt. Stupid kittypets get handed food everyday whenever they ask for it and yet they have to go around making it harder for the rest of us. Her mind hisses scornfully, wishing those clan cats would leave just enough room for her to hunt in the forest.

Pulse rising steadily, she wondered if her kits would go missing or be beaten on by some warrior. She had too many to count for with her adopted she-cat tossed into the bunch, it was a lot of work trying to find them all in camp. They'd been playing with a warrior a moment ago, but she wasn't sure if they were there now.
