Icy nods slowly and backs away, then turns tail and flees back to the her fence. She leaps up and sits down with a yawn.

Adderstrike pads to Tinycloud, "Wanna go hunting?" He asks her casually.

[.Yin.]

"Sure…" She said, a little sadness in her voice. Thorntail ignoring her was piercing her heart. She loved Adderstrike but Thorntail will always have a place in her heart.

[Pumpkin Cupcake]

Thorntail heard Tinycloud, so he turned his head to see her looking towards him. "I'm sorry," he mouthed, turning back to Russetpaw and licking her cheek.

Adderstrike frowns, "If your not happy with me, i'm ok with that. I just want you to be happy." He mutters and pads away and to a corner of the cave. He sits down, then flops into a laying position, his eyes dull.

[.Yin.]

"Adderstrike! How can you say that?!" She gasped, her eyes hurt.

Blitz trotted after Icy. Wow… I haven't seen a cat as pretty as her before! He thought as he scrambled up after her. "You sure your okay?"

Russetpaw's smile grew as she placed the fresh-kill on the pile, and turned back to him, fighting to hold back a purr. "I would love to!" As he left, she followed, and couldn't help but feel the excitement in her chest growing. Her heart was beating so loud she swore he'd be able to hear it. Russetpaw's eyes widened with shock as his tongue rasped the side of her cheek. She didn't expect it, at least, not this quick. This time, Russetpaw was unable to hold back a purr, letting it slip from her muzzle, and felt the skin beneath her fur turn warm with a blush.

Russetpaw is a beautiful, majestic young cat, that is taller then any warrior. She is a descendant of Rowanstar, the tallest cat known to the forest, for he was a maine coon. One day, she will reach his height, meaning that she would almost be the size of a lion. Her coat is very long, and consistent of two colours, orange and white. Her long fur is well looked after, and never matted as she takes pride in it. Her eyes are of soft ember, that always seem warm and welcoming.

"For some reason, I find myself drawn to Thorntail. There's something about him that I.... think..... I love.... But I know what I feel is mouse-brained, considering that I know how much he still loves Tinycloud. I guess that for now, I can only wait, and hope."

Adderstrike pads back to her, "I'm sorry... bu you seem so... sad without Thorntail. He's a part of your life. Your so distracted by him you just can't see how much I love you." He meows. "Your... different with me." He blurts out, pain glazing his eyes.

Icy looks up, "Ur... yeah. Just a stupid dog and cat..." She mutters, licking her paw and drawing it over her ear.

Thorntail blushed a slight bit himself, but quickly removed it as he smiled and flicked Russetpaw's ear with his tail. "Let's go then!" He started to pad towards the leader's den, stopping for a moment and looking back at the apprentice. I must be going mouse-brained: I'm starting to love Russetpaw more than Tinycloud! he thought to himself.

Russetpaw continued to smile, though couldn't bring herself to meet his gaze. She followed quickly behind him, trying to figure out the situation for herself. Eventually pushing her thoughts away, she padded swiftly after him, towards the leader's den, wanting nothing more than to venture back out into the midst of the forest once more, with Thorntail.
