Graycloud nodded and bent down to take another bite of the vole. "Would you like some?" she offered... she thought it would be rude for him to have gotten her something, and her just hogging it.

By that time, there was only about a bite left, so Graycloud gestured to it. "You sure? You can have the rest if you'd like it," she offered. The tiny bite he had taken wouldn't do much for his hunger if he had any.
