I trotted around my cottage in circles, not sure of what to do. Finishing off the beautiful red-candle I was moudling, I set it on a rack to dry, trotting to my calendar. "I haven't visited Star in a while..." I mused. "Maybe she'd be free?" Deciding to visit my friend, I stepped out of my house, locked the door and trotted towards her 'mansion' of sorts!

Upset about the news report, Scarlett Pearls hate of her and Silverbolt's absence, Star Pattern was sobbing her eyes out on her bed, unaware that her best friend, Hot Sauce, would be coming in to see her. "It's my first day as a couple with Silverbolt and then she comes along and kicks me out of the palace just because I'm a Ponyville regular!" She cried to herself.

After a short while, I stopped just outside her door. Levitating a simple, wooden comb from my saddlebag, I ran it through my mane once, not wanting to look like a scruffy-maned pony in front of my only friend. Taking a small breath, I tapped my front hoof on the door. "Hello?" I called, patiently.

Hearing somepony at the door, Star Pattern lifted herself up. Maybe it was Silverbolt? Excited at this thought, she ran down the stairs and opened her front door with a huge smile, but once she saw it was Hot Sauce, her smile faded a little. "Oh, hi Saucy..." Star sniffed, wiping a few tears from her eyes. "What brings you here?"
