Cedarsnow watches her interact with her family and purrs. She will never be alone, at least he can take comfort in that. Turning he starts to head for the entrance, before pausing and glancing around to do one last sweep of the area.

If anyone wanted to hunt with him, he would find them now. Hunting was always more fun with a partner or group.

He was growing closer to the border, carefully stalking the bird pecking at the ground. Biting into its wing, it let out a loud squawk, most likely scaring off other birds. Shrugging slightly, he didn't care much anyway, this wasn't his territory, and he just needed enough to eat. But this way, he could ruin their hunting instead. He would've liked to ruin more than that, but he wasn't exactly the leader of a clan yet.

She nodded, leaning down to speak with the kits. “Yeah, Blinkkit, a lot of warriors can be grumps.” Giving the kit a lick on his forehead, she didn’t like to speak about her former mate but she wasn’t about to get upset about questions. “It’s alright.” She spoke, before lightly cuffing Acornkit with her paw. “Be nice, okay? He’s smaller than you.” Evercloud lightly warned, not wanting to have Acornkit accidentally hurt him even though she knew for a fact that she wouldn’t have meant to.

He didn't speak much as he made his way out of the camp all the way to the river which was a little further away when the river was there too being seen, he looked behind the younger cat "now then...defeat me" he meowed starting to give some space to the two cats.

Muddylake didn't look for long before scenting and even locating some birds near some trees, which were centered by bushes, tall grass, and rocks they could easily walk close enough for a surprise attack. They stayed still for a moment, stalking the birds and the area around them to make a plan and to see if there was anything that could bother the hunt. When the path was clear Muddylake started to make the move closer to the birds, hiding to the tall grass moving all the way to the rock, then waited for a moment to strike.

Flicking her ear to show that she had heard Leafpelt enter the den, she hadn't stopped reorganizing the herbs. Biting her tongue, she had gotten easily frustrated with her mentor earlier and due to her own stubborn nature, she wasn't about to apologize first. She'd never apologized to her father, or really anyone apart from her sister, and was unused to any of it.
