keeping complete composure, the white tabby she-cat goes over a few things in her head that would get him talking. "would you like to train for a bit? it's been a while since i've practiced and i don't want to get rusty, in case something happens out of the blue." she says smoothly, tilting her head ever so slightly and looking towards sage. since he had nothing else to do, hopefully the tom would take her up on the offer, besides they were both guards and it would be good practice either way

A slight frown, his eyes narrowing slightly before he sighed much more obviously. "Fine." He relented, stretching his paws out in front of him in a stretch before he actually stood up. A bit of training wouldn't hurt, he supposed. Hopefully. "Where, then?" He asked, his eyes focusing on her own more with another frown.

thinking for a moment, she stands as well, nodding towards the entrance of the cave. "there's a nice open area that's usually pretty shaded so there's not much snow, we could go there." she suggests, leading the way to the entrance before stopping and looking over at sage for confirmation. she really hoped this would work, it would be entertaining to see thyme flirting with some she-cat, but it wouldn't be bad to get acquainted with his brother as well

Mist flicked her ear indecisively. "Well..." She started off narrowing her eyes, thinking. "I feel like most of the prey around here probably got scared off from our hunting, and the Phesant and Hare together could probably feed most of the Tribe." She sat up, with brighter eyes but just as much energy as when they first left the cave. "Can Bee and I go back and maybe get some prey and celebrate that Mouse had been picked as the next Sunteller?" Mist stood up happily and waved her tail.

A small pause, and Sage followed after her as she led the way towards the entrance to the cave. He gave a slight nod when she looked back, accepting the idea for a location silently as he padded up to be standing next to her instead of behind her. A flick of his tail motioned for her to continue forward.

Jay got bored of watching the to-bes and went back to curl up with her mother.

Silver sighed,"Why does Jay have to be so lonely?", she asks herself.

Horizon nodded, circling around the small group so she could get on the side of the goat that was separating from it's friends. She looked at Fox and gave her a subtle nod, telling her she was ready as she crouched there.


Bear smiled as Lily made a catch. "That's a big one." He purred, pulling the fish a little bit away from Lily so it didn't get in her way while she caught more.



Bee flashed Mist a wide smile. "I didn't think I was going to get it either!" She squeaked, getting to her paws and shaking the snow out of her fur. "I've never run so far before." She mewed, looking up as Talon and Frog made their ways towards her and Mist.

"We should head back now, Sunteller might want everybody back early again." Bee mewed, picking the hare up by it's scruff. She scrunched her nose, trying not to sneeze when the hare's white fur touched her nose. She looked back up the mountains towards where the cave us, her eyes widening when she saw the familiar pelt of her mother.

"Is that Horizon?!" She gasped, watching her mother as she circled around a group of goats. Bee looked around for Horizon's hunting partner. "Is she alone?!" Bee hissed, feeling worried.She relaxed slightly when she saw the brown and ginger tabby pelt of Fox, one of the guards.


Sunteller thought for a moment, flicking her tail back and forth. "Could you check on Silver and make sure that her and Jay are alright? Then make sure no other patrols go out until everyone's eaten?" She mewed. "I'd do it myself but i'm showing Mouse some herbs."

Hiss suppressed an amused snort when Moss finally saw what he had been waiting for her to notice. "You need to pay closer attention. Scenting for things is good, but you need to be looking for danger as well, Moss." He mewed.

"Now can you try and see who is on the hunting patrol?" Hiss mewed. When he was a to-be, the guards had to train their eyes to see better than the other tribe cats had to.


Sunteller thought for a moment, considering Mouse's question. "I've never thought of having them do that before." The she-cat mewed before smiling. "I'll definitely have a patrol do that the next time they head towards where dock grows." She purred, touching her tail tip to Mouse's ear before putting away the herbs that she had taken out to show Mouse.

Storm nodded slightly, a little discouraged that he would have to talk to more cats. Slipping out of the den, he swiftly made his way over to the den where Silver and Jay were. Poking his head in he looked around. "Hey Silver? Are you and Jay doing alright? Do you want anything to eat?" He asked quietly.

Moss squinted, trying to recognize the cats. "Uhhhh..... Frog? She's the only white cat with a grey tail here. And.. Talon? He walks slightly different than the others because of his scarring. ....Bee.." Moss could recognize her sister on sight. The other cat ran behind the stones before she had a chance to place her. "Umm... was that.. I don't know the last one, she went out of sight." Moss frowned.

Frog grinned, chuckling softly. "It would appear that you have won." She padded over to Mist. "Great catch on the pheasent! And yes, let's not bother Horizon and Fox for now." She flicked her tail. Frog was still proud of her apprentice, even if she didn't catch the hare.
