Ravenfrost padded over to Rustpaw, touching noses with his new apprentice. "I will make you a great warrior," He smiled to Rustpaw kindly, then sat down next to Greywing for the naming of the deputy. "Good luck." he whispered to the shecat.

Frostpaw's eyes glittered with excitement. "Thank you, Puddlestar," Her paws tingled with anticipation for her warrior name. She was ready and trained her whole life for this moment. "I will be a great addition to the Clan." She then sat down and waited for the deputy's name to be called.

On the outside, Puddlestar was smiling, a bundle of bubbly cheer and joy, but on the inside was a different story. Why did Graniteslip have to dissapear? Where is he? the thoughts resonate in his mind. He leaps down from the Pineroots. "Clan dismissed" he purrs out before padding into his den.

Eveningleaf smiles as she sees the apprentices greeting their new mentors. She quickly covers it with a paw. Goodness forbid anycat seeing me smile, they might think I'm happy! she thinks with a small chuckle. Her ears prick forward as Puddlestar names the deputy. Greywing. She's a good choice, dependable and level headed. One day she'll make a good leader.

She turns to Greywing, her eyes lit up in wonder. My mentor is the deputy! "Congratulations!" Pinepaw purrs, her tail waving in excitement. She bounces around her mentor, only to slip in some dust. She scrambles up.

 Seeing his new appretience padding towards him, he greeted the young cat with a welcoming smile. "You must be birchpaw." The tom purred sympathetically, looking at his new appretience, who seeemed to be a born warrior with a positive additude.

Rustpaw jumped to his paws as soon as Puddlestar called the clan meeting to a close, hurrying over to Ravenfrost. "What are we going to do first?" He mewed excitedly, ambition burning in his amber eyes.

Soaringbird watched Brackenlake pad up to his apprentice, Birchpaw before turning back to Cricketkit and Flamingkit. Cricketkit was chasing a leaf that had blown into camp, while Flamingkit was laying on her back, lazily batting at a twig that was sticking out from the side of the nursery.

Greywing purred to her apprentice, smiling. She's an excitable one, I wonder if she'll pay very much... Her thoughts trailed off as Puddlestar named the new deputy and dismissed the clan. Me? Her eyes flickered to her apprentice and she smiled wide, pawing the ground. "Thank you, Pinepaw," She murmured, before flicking her tail. She looked to the sky before nodding. "Would you like to go through the territory today? We wont have time for much else," Her heart was still thumping in her chest, her fur prickling in triumph and happiness.

Greywing was a good choice for deputy, Vipereye had to admit. With the meeting over and the cats dismissed, however, his attention returned to the she-cat who was, as of now, his apprentice. "Well then, Littlepaw," he said softly, hsi eyes flickering around camp. "first things first, we should assess your abilities so I can know where you stand, correct?" He asked, tilting his head towards her slightly.
