Rose leaped onto the creature's shoulders and tore at the flesh. (WB)

Geb dove for the creature's back leg, sinking his teeth into one of them. The creature let out an ear-piercing shriek as it plummeted to the ground. Perfect! Now Tier, make the kill now! The raptor though excitedly, looking up at his adopted brother and waiting for him to deliver the deathblow to their prey. As Tier killed the animal, Geb stood, giving himself a shake. "Good job, Rose!" He said, flicking his muscular tail.

Rose licked the blood from her maw. "Thanks!" She stretched her shoulders out and shook her neck. "I have to take some to Alex and In-"

"I'll take it," a cold voice announced. Indie stood, poised like the proud raptor she was. Her red eyes were narrowed and seemingly bored. The cold intelligence that oozed from the oldest of the triplets was unnerving to some

Rose cowed. "O-of course," she stuttered, backing away from the carcass. If there was ever a beast to be feared it was Indie. Sister or not Indie responded only Alex. This morning Rose had witnessed firstclaw that her sister would not hesitate to kill one of them, especially Grey.

Geb stepped back with a small growl. It was not usual that he was scared of someone...But it was something about Indie when he wanted something...Taking in a small breath, he shot a look at Tier and said, "We helped hunt it. Bear'll need some of it." He spoke boldly.

Indie stepped forward and tore the carcass open viciously. She ripped the intestines from where they were cooling in the dead body. She tore off a chunk of meat for Alex. "Have your fill," she told them. She picked up her and Alex's share and started back.

Rose shuddered. "This morning," she told Geb and Tier, "She went to kill Grey. Grey! Her own sister. If Alex hadn't stopped her there would only be two of us left."
