"Why were you mean to Woodpaw?" Lightningpaw demanded, padding over.

Splashpool purred. "This is nice."

"It is," Lilypad agreed blissfully. "Do you want to go for a swim in the stream? Your name is Splashpool, after all. You're made to get wet."

[C a s]

"Yes!" Splshpool darted forward and took a leap, canon balling into the stream.

Weaselkit prodded Novakit with a paw. "Hey!"

Mintheart and Timberfoot walked over.

"What is it" NovaKit frowned

[Cradily]

"Hey, wait for me!" Lilypad laughed. She sprinted after Splashpool and dove into the stream with a mrrow of enjoyment.

"Want to play?" Weaselkit asked hopefully.

Splashpool splashed around. "I love water!"

[Cradily]

Lilypad was chortling so hard that her sides ached. "I can tell!" She spotted the silhouette of a fish beneath the surface and slapped it in Splashpool's face just before it could escape.

As it hit the water again, Splashpool darted forward like an otter. His teeth snapped around around the fish.

"Do you have any family in StarClan? Any parents or grandparents?" Peachtail asked. "M-maybe they would let you in. They wouldn't reject their own son, o-or grandson, or whatever else you are to them. I mean, um...at least, I don't think they would..." She searched desperately for the right words to say, for something she could suggest that would help Rainfeather to get out of the Dark Forest and get into StarClan. I don't want him stuck in this place! It's a nightmare!

Woodpaw went to eat a shrew by himself.

"I think I will." Robinthroat sat up and lumbered into the warriors' den. "Thanks for the idea!"

Wolfstorm smiled and then stood up to go eat a vole.

Rainfeather sighed and flicked his tail, "Flamefur and Leopardheart are the family I know...," he meowed.

"Why were you mean to Woodpaw?" Lightningpaw demanded, padding over.

Splashpool purred. "This is nice."

Alleypaw hissed, "Blah, blah, blah, your to goody, goody for my," he hissed.
