Zinniapaw's bro furrowed at the kit's response to the mention of her father. Thoughts raced through her mind until she settled with one; he mustn't have told her who he was. Zinniapaw sighed, her tone softening slightly, "Not yet," She mewed, smiling warmly at the kit, "You have found some Burdock root, it'd be a shame to waist it." She then got to her paws, and padded over to it, motioning to it with a flick of her tail, "I will show you how to get it out, if you'd like."

Goldenkit looked back "Really!" She exclaimed.
Firekit was rolling in the den with a duck face "I'm boooorrred!" He moaned.
Greykit rolled his eyes "If your bored go do something!" He hissed irritated, having to listen to his brother complain a lot for the 100th time.
River looked at the kits "Have you seen Goldenkit?" She mewed.
Firekit got up "Nope, I think she went with Zenniapaw somewhere." He answered.
Greykit looked at him "How'you know?"
Firekit looked back "Umm- I saw Zenniapaw follow Goldenkit."
River sighed relief "At least she's with a apprentice, the apprentice is good enough to take her back for danger."

"No!"Silentgaze snaps and digs out the burdock root. "Only medicine cats aquire these skills; and I can't have to apprentices!" She growls and carries the root away.

Zinniapaw watched the medicine cat. She knew that, but she didn't see the point in either leaving the root behind, or ruining the kit's spirits. Not wanting to say another word in case she aggravated her mentor further, she motioned for Goldenkit to remain silent, and head back to camp.
