Nightshine stayed quiet to keep from scaring away the mouse

Dirgeheart pounced on the mouse, killing it just with his wieght as he landed on it, claws extended. He buried the mouse where he could find it later and turned to Nightshine.

"Good catch" Nightshine said. Her ears pricked as she heard something behind her. She turned and saw a rabbit. She started to stalk it.

Dirgeheart grunted a thanks. He stayed quiet so Nightshine could catch the rabbit without distraction.

Nightshine pounce on the rabbit and bit its neck. She buried it next to the mouse that Dirgeheart had caught.
