Appleflame gently grasped the thorn in her teeth, and with one yank, she jerked it out.

Dustykit meowed, "Okay then. Seeya Starkit!" He began to trot off to the nursery.

Starkit growled at her legs. "Okay, guys, work this time." Slowly, she propped herself on her front legs. Soon, she was lying on her side again, tail tip twitching.
