Lydia nodded and put the glass of water back, not saying anything.

Midnight smiled, the smoke still emitting from her mouth, "It was fun, I haven't had to call him in ages"

She chuckled softly."You still got steam coming from your mouth."

Midnight went slightly cross eyed while looking, and giggled slightly, "Oh, thats from the fire"

She smiled and nodded."I swear when that happens, we could use you to make a sana."

Midnight giggled again, "Yeah, I don't know why it steams up like that," just one of the many faults of being me, She thought after speaking.

Lydia had gone out of the room and was sat on the balcony, watching what went on below.

She had of course been able to read Midnight's thoughts to."It is not a fault midnight, it's another specialty of yours that nopony else has. It makes you very special."

"Yeah, like always finding some way to injure myself" Midnight smirked, I forgot you can read my thoughts.

She chuckled softly."A lot of pegasus and unicorn filly's do the exact same thing by trying there magic or seeing how fast or far they can fly, it's not just you. you should have seen how recklass i was as a filly because i had both wings and magic."

Midnight giggled, "True, I suppose" She said, sitting down.

Lydia was sat by the edge of the balcony, looking at the village in the distance and ocassionaly up at the moon. Wait. The moon. Why haven't I- oh, right, I'm a pony now, that probably didn't stay when whatever changed me into this happened, She thought, resting her head on the railing and sighing softly.
