"Well that's good." Gingerstar nuzzled into Hawpaw's shoulder blade in a comforting way. She sat down, her tail neatly tucking in front of her paws. "Redfur, will Hawkpaw be alright to continue his training for today?"

wake up, but figured he had no choice.

Her ears flattened slightly when Gingerstar entered, if Hawkpaw was uncomfortable speaking around the others this would be hard, but she dipped her head to the leader respectfully anyway. She tilted her head to one side. "Like blind eyes or just..icy eyes?" her voice was curious and she twitched her tail slightly. "He should be, do you feel tired, Hawkpaw?"

He snorted at his denmate. "yeah, you did." he shook his head, "They left just before us, so we weren't that late getting up. We'll try again tomorrow, yeah?" he gave a smile and kinked the tip of his tail. When the duo began speaking he went silent, eyes flicking between them, unsure on what to do.

He enjoyed his mentor and knew she needed to know too. "They were nothing like my eyes if that's what you are asking. They were pale and gentle. Almost like they knew what they were doing. So many other cats came and sat near the one that bore those eyes as if they were in support of them," he said. He shook his head. "I'm not tired."
