IN SUNCLAN CAMP:

Downstate sighed. She was trying to decide who would mentor Amberpaw. She was choosing between Brambleheart and Feirceclaw. Finally she decided on Feirceclaw because she knew how much Smokekit wanted Brambleheart.

HUNTING:

Brambleheart laughed.
"An apprentice I guess. Because as a kit you can't hunt, train, or help the clan. Now it's my turn." He grinned.
"If you had to tell anyone your biggest secret, who would it be and why?" He asked.

"Hmmm," Fierceclaw pondered
"I would say maybe Willowwave since she is such a nice cat and we seem to get along very well." Fierceclaw glanced at bramble heart out of the corner of her eye and then looked away hoping he didn't see her

Brambleheart smiled as he saw her glance at him.
"Yeah I like Willowave to. But I don't know I think I'd much rather tell Smokekit my deepest darkest secrets." He joked. "Ok, your turn! Ask me now."

Dawnstar padded into the nursery and watched with amused eyes as the two kits played.
"Hello Willowave! Have you seen Feirceclaw?" She asked the queen.

Fierclaw pounced on a mouse that ran by her claws sinking into it
" well I'm gonna say that my answered pretty much the same we spend a lot a time together some cats probably mistake is for mates to, not that that's a bad thing." She said swishing her tail
