Rift dimmed his glow. "Wait for me and Snowstorm to go ahead first; she has cold resistance and I have night vision. stay back here while we investigate.

Pharaoh- Pharaoh gritted his teeth, annoyed. "I can help!" he insisted. "I'm not useless."

the icewing continued to run ahead, driven by the need to be outside and to see everything. blue light continued to grow brighter; she was sure it was moonlight. snowstorm bounded into another cavern that grew from the tunnel, but she was in for a surprise. "what the.." snowstorm skid to a stop, staring around. it was a cavern, by cavern i mean massive, filled with blue crystals that lined the dark stone walls. a crack in the roof spilled silver moonlight, casting the cavern with an eerie glow. "i.. i didn't know this was here," she stammered, furrowing her brow.

"Wait for us," he insisted, gazing sternly at the SandWing. "We have the best abilities for this task. You may be best in the desert, while dark and damp is my domain."

Snowstorm continued to stare around, tail flicking a bit. "Guys, no time for fighting! You have to see this."

Pharaoh- "Fine, but then I get to boss you around in the desert!" he insisted. He saw a faint glow up ahead and followed closely behind Rift, wanting himore to hurry up. "What the..."

Rift continued onward despite the protests. He gaped at the cavernous cave filled with glowing crystals illuminated with a silvery-blue glow by the moon. "Well, for one thing, it's a way out," he said, "And another, it's magnificent! Maybe we could sell these?"

Terra- She backtracked out of the tunnel. "it's so cold in there!" She exclaimed with a shiver. She shook her head and thought, I'll be fine. She turned and followed Hope.

Hope- She thought she hear a Talon coming but quickly ignored it, focusing on her friends instead. "Did you guys hear something?" She nervously asked. When no one replied, she turned and followed Snowstorm. "Lead the way, O great and powerful Queen Snowstorm." She mocked.

Snowstorm walked up to a crystal, tapping it gently with a talon. It pulsated with energy, then faded. "What are hell are these? I've never seen a gem like this."
