He nodded and ran after it. After a bit of running, he caught up with it, pouncing on the rabbit. He gripped its legs in his mouth, digging his claws into its neck.

Reedtail started hunting. After he caught a vole, he spotted Wingheart and Pinepaw hunting. He hid behind a bush, chuckling at the apprentice.

"Great job!" Wingheart called after her apprentice, seeing the rabbit go limp. "The kill was a bit messy, but any food counts. You've done a fantastic job. Let's take it back to camp."

Pinepaw smiled. "Yeah! May we go on a hunting patrol later so we can practice?" he asked.

Reedtail stepped out from the bush, walking up to Wingheart and Pinepaw. "Hey. That was a good hunt!" he smiled.

Cottonheart looked at Amberpaw. "Ok! Lets get some herbs!" she said.

Wingheart swelled with pride for her first apprentice. "Thanks, he's a great learner." She mewed shyly, staring at her paws.

Pinepaw watched the two, the rabbit in his mouth. "lets go back to camp! This thing is heavy!!" he mewed.

Silverpaw nodded at Shadowpelt and padded around when she finally spotted Pinepaw, Reedtail and Wingheart. She ran towards the two warriors and the apprentice. "Hey!" she exclaimed greeting them with a flick of her tail. "Shadowpelt is looking for you and Pinepaw for patrol." she told Wingheart.
