Carefully slinking out of the camp entrance, Shimmerpaw suddenly raced to a large patch of snow out of earshot and stopped. "Roll around in it," she mewed to Rosepaw as she began to do it herself. "It may be cold, but it'll help disguise our scents a little just in case."

Rosepaw nodded and shivered as she rolled in the cold snow. But Shimmerpaw was right, just in case.

"Alright, I think we're good!" Shimmerpaw shivered a bit, shaking some extra snowflakes off of her pelt. "Let's go to the river now, I want to see the ic- I MEAN protect the Clan!" she mewed, correcting herself mid-sentence.

"Yeah me too. Let's go!" Rosepaw mewed.

Redwhisker came padding back to carrying a couple pieces of prey. He dropped his load and took a scrawny squirrel with him to his usual eating place.

Whiteshadow was busy stalking after a thrush. Make this count. He told himself as he launched after the bird. He managed to hook his claws into the wings as it took off in flight. Once he brought the thrush down he snapped its neck and buried it.

{Uh, I'm not very good with recaps, but from what I know, Shimmerpaw snuck out of camp with Rosepaw, Nightpaw and Blackpaw just got done hunting and their talking to the meddie apprentice, Whiteshadow likes Mountainstar, and that's about it. Sorry if this isn't very helpful!}
