The kit let his gaze wander around for a long time trying to spot Featherkit. He frowned slightly but there was no way he could find her on the 'crowd' in there, he shrugged and worked on giving his pelt a few licks and started grooming himself before padding a bit away from Ospreypaw and sitting down with his tail tightly curled around his paws, in a moon it would be his turn to turn an apprentice but the idea didn't sink in, how could a cat that could barely stay on sun light and well see in daylight become something? 'But there is always night time...' he thought, 'and night time is the Ghost's time...' that made a half purr escape him but didn't last long.

Ashcloud padded into the center of camp. She sat down, tail swishing around her paws. In these final moons of her pregnancy, she'd grown accustomed to the kicking inside of her stomach. Sometimes, she could swear she felt little claws, but knew it was her imagination running wild with excitement. Her dark blue eyes swept across the clearing. Featherkit's apprentice ceremony was important to every cat in the Clan; the Clan's oldest kit was going to finally gain a mentor and a higher ranking in the Clan. Ashcloud searched for her sister, Fernfur, who would be mentoring the tiny silver kit.

Fernfur...
Fernfur padded to sit beneath the high rock. Her chest was puffed out with pride. Her green eyes glimmered with joy and nervousness. Her claws slid in and out of the ground.

Ospreyfeather smiled as Ghostkit streched upwards, and asked, "Would you like to sit on my shoulders so you'd be able to see better?" With a glance in the nursery, she added, "And you could see if Blank-kit feels like playing today, so you won't be bored...."

Sorrelpaw shrugged, answering Jayepaw with a quiet mew, "Oh, I'm fine.... How about you?"

Rabbitleap nodded, smiling, "Of course you aren't...." He mewed, only teasing slightly, "Nothing could faze you...."
