Kaze scented the air. It still crackled with the electricity of the thunderstorm last night. He carefully walked along the thin ice underneath him, his black pelt like a brown bear on ice. He twitched his ear, and angled it towards his sister's howl.

Song howled in the early morning air. Her white pelt almost made her invisible in the snow, and the only thing that gave away that she was there, were her blue eyes.

Blue scrambled up to Kaze's side. She kinda slid across the ice. She nail the ice slighty to stop herself. "Whoa" She caught balance.

Kaze rolled his eyes. "One of these days, you'll forget to taste the ice, and you'll fall right through it." he joked. Setting his paws down carefully, he walked to the other side of the river. As he scrambled back on land, another earthquake started. As he turned around, the ice cracked near Blue, and the roaring river soon covered the ice. "Come on! You have to get on land before the ice disappears completely!" he yowled to her.

Song spread out her weight on all her paws, balancing herself so she didn't fall during the earthquake.

Tundra woke up with a start as the ground underneath her started shaking. The cave roof cracked, and Tundra didn't lose anymore time of scrambling out. (Tundra is Frozen Paradise)
